We couldn’t be more pleased with our 2021 Chevy Blazer purchase! Kevin went above and beyond to ensure we were informed before signing. We purchased the vehicle, essentially sight unseen, online. Kevin was great to work with and the entire dealership was so polite, respectful and professional. I will, without hesitation, reach out to them for our next purchase! More
Do not purchase a vehicle online through this dealership. We have video of the salesman confirming that there are no dents or cosmetic issues with the vehicle. We paid to have it shipped out of state. We the We have video of the salesman confirming that there are no dents or cosmetic issues with the vehicle. We paid to have it shipped out of state. We then had additional expenses to pay that the dealership did not figure in the original price. They also were not honest with the mileage. The vehicle ended up having around 3,000 more miles on it then what was provided. We only received one key when delivered. When we inquired about it, they told us they only had one. We have bought many cars through the years, if it only has one key, they get you another one. Customer service is clearly not important or valued!!!!! More
Worst dealership experience ever! I am a repeat customer at Tim Short CDJR in Middlesboro and haven’t really had issues before, but this time I’ve really been put through it! I traded I am a repeat customer at Tim Short CDJR in Middlesboro and haven’t really had issues before, but this time I’ve really been put through it! I traded in a 2023 Corvette and 2021 Jeep Gladiator on a 2024 Ram 2500. The gladiator had been paid off for a year prior to trade in and the corvette was still financed. Both vehicles were sold within a week or so of being traded in. 30 days later I get a 65 point hit on my credit for 30 day past due payment (I’ve never been late on a payment) and a call from the finance company that my car has not been paid off. I inquired about the issue with the dealership and was informed that I needed the lien release for the gladiator which was never mentioned until now. I asked about the Corvette payoff and the hit on my credit to which the sales manger said there’s nothing he can do about it, I should have kept making the payments after I traded it in and it was sold. I’ve never been asked to continue making payments on a vehicle after it’s been traded in! I was informed that other customers have been asked to do the same. I did get the lien release for the gladiator mailed in and sent to the dealership but as of writing this the corvette still hasn’t been paid off and it’s over 60 days past due on payment. This trade occurred on May 11th and it is now August 1st. More

Had a coil pack installed at Chrysler of Middlesboro about 1 1/2 ago (only bc we didn’t have time to do ourselves) . Well we had another one go bad so we bought all new to replace. Well the one the dea about 1 1/2 ago (only bc we didn’t have time to do ourselves) . Well we had another one go bad so we bought all new to replace. Well the one the dealer put in is not even an authentic Mopar part it’s a cheap knock off. They didn’t even grease the spark plug boot now we have been fighting with it for hours and broke one of the tops off. Sad part is if it was an authentic Mopar part they come pre-greased. Don’t have work done here!!!!!! Shady work Update: they didn’t even use the correct spark plugs they you split fires. So on one cylinder we had split fire plugs 🤬🤬🤬🤬 More

I would never do online financing normally, without seeing a car first, bc if the damage that occurs to credit with a hard inquiry of credit score. 9 miles from dealership, a text arrived, ‘hey girl, someone’s test driving the car.’ I don’t like to be addressed as ‘girl’ and obviously a lie that the car was held bc I completed a finance application! Those people bought the car—happy for them—however, I left w a damaged credit score, and a $50 Amazon gift card as an apology from the manager (they agreed to a gas gift card). If there is one thing I loathe, it is bait and switch, lies and deception. I will never return to any Tom Short dealership. More
Well, I was looking for a newer truck and they had a 2018 GMC Sierra that had all the bells and whistles. Took this vehicle out for a test ride and it handled well and was low mileage. But there was one is GMC Sierra that had all the bells and whistles. Took this vehicle out for a test ride and it handled well and was low mileage. But there was one issue that bothered me and that was the Check Engine Light was on, I said before I invest $$$$ I want to know what the Check Engine Light was on for, so they called there professional mechanic and he said, "Its an Oxygen Sensor which you can get at most auto stores." What he FAILED to mention is that there was more to the story that he didn't tell, come to find out when I took it to a real mechanic is that the computer was NOT communicating with the vehicle due to the fact that the #1 cylinder was dead! It was dead due to a destroyed lifter which after not knowing cause I am NOT an auto mechanic it eventually bent the push rod. Well $5700.00 later all new push rods and new lifters were replaced. I do NOT like being lied to and its sad that there mechanic could not have been honest with me. I would suggest that if your looking for a newer/used vehicle you could go to a BUY HERE PAY HERE place and get a straight and honest answer. I wish there was a way to give a minus Star rating cause they don't deserve one star. More
Unfortunately after buying 2 cars prior with the dealership I will not return. The lies and deceit crossed the line with the values of a vehicle and work being completed for warranty. Always saying dealership I will not return. The lies and deceit crossed the line with the values of a vehicle and work being completed for warranty. Always saying it’s the market. The market does not change in 24 hour. If you must by From them be prepared for being scammed during the process. More
