Excellent Dealership!! I found the car I had been searching for online @ Tim Short Morehead. I emailed the dealership and was immediately contacted . A few days after that I I found the car I had been searching for online @ Tim Short Morehead. I emailed the dealership and was immediately contacted . A few days after that I went to Tim Shorts and drove the vehicle, it was a quick and very easy purchase. I had a request for special striping on the vehicle and David Smith went above and beyond to make sure that I could get the vehicle exactly the way I wanted. David even went so far as to do a secret reveal for our daughter who had no idea that we had bought the vehicle. Everyone at the dealership was so very helpful. I can not say enough good things about this Dealership or David Smith they are the BEST!!! More

Dishonest Went to look at a used 2012 Jeep. Took it out for a test drive and everything seemed fine except it wasn't blowing air from the front vents. It was bl Went to look at a used 2012 Jeep. Took it out for a test drive and everything seemed fine except it wasn't blowing air from the front vents. It was blowing from the top and bottom, so I asked if they could take care of it. I was assured by the salesman that it was just a quick fix , a stuck flap maybe 50 or 60 dollars. Well I ended up purchasing the Jeep and when I took it to my local dealer for the quick 50 - 60 fix, it turned out it was a mode door and it was 1100 to fix. Very dishonest people, I specifically asked about it and was told that they go over every vehicle they sell, so they either lie to you or they are incompetent, I'll let you decide which it is. The kicker to it is they quoted me a price to fix it 900 - 950. Absolute dishonesty here, take your business elsewhere. More
