Would NEVER do any sort of business with any of the Tim Short dealerships in the state of Kentucky and elsewhere. They are very dishonest in their work ethics and are a bunch of liars who try to add on unnecessary services in car repairs for the customer to pay out of pocket. Everything is a big joke to them. Looks like they hire very rude and incompetent people who are definitely not doing what is in the best interest of the customer. The service advisor Stephen, in the Pikeville location is the biggest joke ever; he’s dumber than wood who pretends to know what he’s talking about vehicle parts, etc. I think the joke is on him. Don’t want to waste your time on this babbling fool. Y’all better beware of these crooks! I will post about this business anywhere possible to expose them. I would rate them a ZERO across the board. Two thumbs down 👎 👎!
