Came had my jeep diagnosed on a Friday after having to wait 2 weeks for a appointment. They made me an appointment to come back the following Friday to have it fixed. I show up Friday for my appointment, wait 2 weeks for a appointment. They made me an appointment to come back the following Friday to have it fixed. I show up Friday for my appointment, wait 30 minutes for them to come out and to tell me they didn't have my parts yet. I explained my frustration with now taking 2 days off work and now would need to take a third. I was apologized to and told they would work with me best they could and make it right as no one called me to tell me my parts had beendelayed. I was told my parts would be there by the following Tuesday and they would call and set up a appointment with me once they had them in hand. No call Tuesday so I called Wednesday on my lunch break to be put on hold 20 minutes in the parts dept bf I had to hang up. I called later that day and they confirmed they did receive them Tuesday I was transferred to the service department to make my appointment but they wasn't available. They took a message and I waited another day to get a call and was very limited to when I could bring it in. Everything that was convenient for me to avoid me having to miss another days work just wasn't doable. Seems to be fixed but as tight of a schedule as they seem to be on I would have thought I wouldn't had to wait 40 minutes after my appointment start time to have them even take my vehicle to the back to start. Overall horrible experience. The main lady who answered the phone also seemed annoyed everytime i had to call and was very unprofessional. I will not be back. More
Had to bring truck back because they didn't put in syn, oil in, so when miles were up we bought truck back. The people who work in service department do a great job.
