They are not truthful Bought 2008 Jeep Patriot for our daughter, paid in full and financed by Chase we pay them. approximately 4 months ago, was told repeatedly nothing wr Bought 2008 Jeep Patriot for our daughter, paid in full and financed by Chase we pay them. approximately 4 months ago, was told repeatedly nothing wrong with vehicle. Since buying had to take back - touch up paint - they were good on this Jeep running sluggish called them and asked if there was anything wrong with transmission and if they checked before sold. They stated yes they checked and nothing wrong - we had to take and pay for a transmission flush.... They offered nothing... Then daughter went to get alignment - mechanic would not do - had towed to house, don't drive it is still parked - A frame is rusted thru and we have pictures - we called them and spoke to the manager he was not the nicest and offered nothing!!!! Jeep is still parked and we are trying to fix.. We notified owner, BBB, Attorney General and Chase. All we wanted is some acknowledgement - some help offered with repair - I was even thinking about buying another vehicle before all of this happened.. Never never again - Tim Short should be ashamed of himself for being dishonest and not even willing to help. We still have monthly payments to make every month to Chase and cant drive vehicle More
