Everyone was friendly, helpful, and professional. I only wish they could provide loaner vehicles when maintenance is over 4hrs. It can be difficult for disabled seniors to arrange for a ride back home and b wish they could provide loaner vehicles when maintenance is over 4hrs. Guy was very nice when taking my car in. He explained to me what the service I was having done entailed and didn't try to recommend anything I didn't need.
