The standard service was fine, and staff was friendly and attentive. But the quote to repair a broken tailgate latch was exorbitant. I was quoted $586, and I declined to have the service center fix it. Instead, I bought the part online and changed out the old latch for a new one in ten minutes. I expect to pay more for repairs at the service center, but there is a limit to what is reasonable. Additionally, I was charged $150 to diagnose that the latch was broken. If this diagnosis entailed only opening the hatch (from the inside) and recognizing the latch didn't work, then I paid too much. I already knew the problem. But my bad. I will tell other people to be wary of repair estimates from the service center. More

The staff is always courteous and friendly. My first two service appts took over an hour and a half. This appt took nearly 2 1/4 hours. That is absolutely unacceptable.
