Have never been treated so poorly by a dealership! And we've given a few different opportunities to work with this service department, all bad! Taking advantage of customers who don't know much about cars we've given a few different opportunities to work with this service department, all bad! Taking advantage of customers who don't know much about cars (or women that you don't think know about cars) is shameful! Don't drink the Kool aid, folks! You need to be proactive and do your research. When they call you and don't even attempt to "resolve" your complaint just adds more fuel to this fire. Smh More
