The local dealership didn't want to service my vehicle "because I didn't buy it there so why would they handle warranty issues?"! I would rather drive further to get better service, no attitude, quality work and an honest experience. I'm currently looking into a newer vehicle, Gosch first! More

WASTED DAY ! Had an 8:30 appointment. Parts were supposed to be there before 8:00. Didn't arrive until about 2-2:30. Finally got out of there after 3:00. Waited on Had an 8:30 appointment. Didn't get charged for labor, but it didn't make up for canceled plans made with our grandchildren on their last day of visiting from out of state. More
