Other than the fact, Covid has turned everyone's life around, Gosch Hyundai still makes a person feel wanted and appreciated. My Serviceman, Guy is such a caring and knowledgeable person he knows everyt around, Gosch Hyundai still makes a person feel wanted and appreciated. My Serviceman, Guy is such a caring and knowledgeable person he knows everything there is to know about my Hyundai and listens when I have a concern. Gosch Hyundai has got to appreciate the care and concern their people (especially Guy) embody! I heard a noise under my car a few times a week and he looked at it and told me that since it didn't do it often that it would take a week of keeping my car (which I didn't want to do), so I left it overnight. Guy told me he didn't hear anything but the problem I mentioned had been noted on my paperwork (which is something everyone should do) and to bring it back if it happened more often. He never pushes on items I do not need, (I'm on a fixed income), this too is truly appreciated and I've told my friends and anyone that wants a good company, car and service to come to Gosch Hyundai in Hemet, CA.
