Friendly staff, long wait, cool car Our salesman, Jesse, was friendly, helpful and non-aggressive. The car we wanted was coming from another dealership, 40 minutes away but it took over Our salesman, Jesse, was friendly, helpful and non-aggressive. The car we wanted was coming from another dealership, 40 minutes away but it took over 4 hours to arrive. I assume they didn't have the car sent over until they knew my financing would be approved and I was for sure going to sign the paperwork. I wish they would have told me that instead of blaming traffic (which appeared to be clear on google maps). By the time the car arrived I just wanted to get out of there and I didn't read the contract thoroughly. I ended up signing up for a $3,000 extended warranty which I later regretted. The good news is that I was able to cancel the warranty later with no hassle. My advice to anybody buying a car from Gosch is to bring some food, don't have any other obligations that day and don't let your emotions of buying a new car cloud your judgement when it comes to signing the contract. Overall I'm happy with my new Hyundai Sonata Hybrid and I'm happy that I was able to get my $3,000 dollars back with no hassle. More
