Salesperson Our sales person ' REBECCA' was very helpful. We never had to go through financing before so it seemed like and extremely long process. By the time we were ready to go home we were informed we'd have to come back another day to have the security system activated. The security system was activated on my 2nd visit. I went to the parts department to buy an accessory for my car. I learned they had to be special ordered -- and that I'd have to make an appointment for the installation. I learned that the men working there had never installed that part before but one thought he knew how and would try. More
