waiting time As I said before, I know that Gosch auto group is understaffed but to take 2hrs. to get an oil change and tire rotation is way too long for me. I called to get service done. I spoke with Guy over the phone and was given an appt within 2 days and was able to drop my car off the night prior for my convenience. Guy was also who helped me when I dropp phone and was given an appt within 2 days and was able to drop my car off the night prior for my convenience.
