Phil is Very Thorough and makes me Feel Welcomed each time I show up, even if he or I are not having the greatest day. When I leave, it is Surely Comforting to Know that my Needs have been Addressed, and with his Knowledge I am in Good Hands. He went Out Of His Way one time to show me how to put my door handle back on; as I had saved the parts and was fearful of breaking it. I will Always Remember That!
