This was such a refreshing experience! ! It has been years since I have purchased a vehicle from a dealer and I was really nervous. I spoke with Caitlyn who is their Customer Care Represent ! It has been years since I have purchased a vehicle from a dealer and I was really nervous. I spoke with Caitlyn who is their Customer Care Representative and she made my appointment and steered me in all the right directions before having to enter the dealership. After I made my appointment, I was helped by Lorenzo who was kind and knowledgeable and didnt push me to do anything I didnt want to. I was in between three different vehicles and he was patient and gave me insight on all of the positives of each vehicle. I was happy to end up leaving with my new Ford Explorer. It drives like a dream. What I really enjoyed was that there were no games in this deal as well as the hospitality of this dealership. I highly recommend going here for not only a great deal but to also be treated like family not just another customer. More
