Paul at the service department is the worst. The mechanics do not have any knowledge on diagnosing an issue. Paul tried to take advantage of my wife because she doesn’t know anything about cars. They didn’t accept my extended warranty that I bought through them when I bought the car. Charged my wife for a rental car even though we have rental car coverage. The first time I took it there was charged $400 for spark plugs that were not even the issue in the first place. The service manager wouldn’t return my calls until I called him everyday for 2 weeks straight. And then acted as if it was my fault the car kept having issues after I left. I WOULD NEVER take a vehicle here again. EVER. Worst experience I have ever had. Bunch of liars and theives More
