I purchased a Bronco Raptor, when I got it home I noticed the front bumper was miss aligned. Ford craftsmanship just wasn’t there! Sorry but for 100K I expect good craftsmanship! So I took it back and the salesperson took me to the service where he wrote up a ticket! They were going to call me to set up an appointment with the body shop to adjust the bumper! That was a Friday, they said they would call that night or Monday at the latest. Well Monday came and nothing so I called them and he said sorry let me get back to you this evening!! It’s now Saturday and still nothing! A factory defect well ok then fix it and I’m good. But the dealership service department blowing me off and lying to me is unacceptable. If you could avoid Tim Moran Ford I would definitely!! This was actually my second car purchased there and my last!! Vin# ending 62781 More
