I went into this dealership because of a written advertisement I received in the mail. I do not like looking for cars and get very anxious about the whole process. I traded in my mustang which I did advertisement I received in the mail. I do not like looking for cars and get very anxious about the whole process. I traded in my mustang which I did buy from this dealership and got a brand new car which I did not think was possible. They went above and beyond to be so nice and bent over backwards to give great customer service. Thank you and I hope to be back in the future for any of my car needs More

I was in the market for a new truck and have been a loyal GM truck buyer for many years. I researched the Big 3 and decided that the Ford F-150 Super Crew w/ EcoBoost was the best all round choice for me. I GM truck buyer for many years. I researched the Big 3 and decided that the Ford F-150 Super Crew w/ EcoBoost was the best all round choice for me. I contacted several dealers and John Reid w/ Gosch Ford not only gave the best price, but also the highest trade-in value. John always was consistent, friendly and never wavered on his commitment of making the best possible offer. I would recommend Gosch Ford and John Reid to anyone!!! More

Gosch gave me more in trade for my Subaru than the Subaru dealer would, and a better price on the Escape (compared to the Forester). Dealer was friendly, honest, and found just the car I wanted. Earlier this year, I received a mailer addressed to me at my home from The Gosch Auto Group indicating that the Dealership would give 120% of 'fair' KBB value when a new car was purchased. As I was in the ma my home from The Gosch Auto Group indicating that the Dealership would give 120% of 'fair' KBB value when a new car was purchased. As I was in the market for a new Ford, I E mailed the dealer to make an appointment.I received a phone call within a few moments from a Mike Garrett. He said that my trade would 'definitely' qualify for the deal, and to come in and see him the following Saturday morning at 9 AM. On Saturday, I washed my trade , went to the bank, got a cashiers check for $10,000. and drove the 12 miles to the dealership. Once I arrived , I saw no one around, so I went inside. I saw the GSM sitting at his desk . I asked for Mike Garrett, and was told that No Mike Garrett worked there.I explained that I had spoken to him a few days earlier, and had an appointment. "Nope" he said, no Mike Garrett here , never heard of him !! I asked if HE could help me, so he paged a salesman. I asked if he could appraise my trade, and showed him the flyer. This is when everything went horribly wrong. He looked at my car for a moment, and disappeared into the GSM's office. He came out and offered me $3500 below Kelly Blue Book. I showed him the flyer, to which he said, and I quote " That's not our flyer " I said it has your name on it. He said that's not my name.He also indicated that he had never seen the flyer. However, later in the conversation he admitted that people were coming in ALL THE TIME and asking about the flyer, and it was honored , he later did produced one .You can see where this is going. I then mentioned the check, and asked to order a new 2012 Ford. He said, and I quote " Not going to happen today " He then said to me " Exactly what do you want from me ? " I explained that I would like him to honor his flyer, and assist me in ordering a new Ford . Once again he said it was not his flyer. Once again, he said " Not going to happen today ." I got into my trade, in disbelief, looked at my cashiers check for $10K, sighed, somewhat defeated I must admit, and drove away from Gosch Ford for the last time. I sent an E mail to the GSM, he was apologetic , but never admitted it was he who I originally saw that morning. He politely told me that the dealership did not have an allocation for the model I wanted , but to check back in a few months. Brushed off one more time. Holy Moley, was this actually happening ?? About a week later, the elusive Mike Garrett called me ?? Where were you last Saturday?, he asked. I told him the whole sordid story, to which he said, I was there in my office waiting for you. Didn't anyone tell you where I was ?? Now I'm certain you folks think I'm lying, crazy or both. But as God is my witness, this is exactly how it happened. I sent an E mail to the owner of the dealership, Marc Gosch. It had a very negative tone to it, I readily admit. Marc Gosch's response: yes , The Owner of Gosch Ford : Your E mail tells us what type of customer you are, take your business elsewhere. There you have it folks. Buy a car at the Gosch Auto Group if you like, but for me, my family, friends , co-workers and neighbors, I have to say , Take Marc Gosch's advice : Take your business elsewhere !! Oh, and when I called back to speak with Mike Garrett one more time, guess what ?? He NEVER came to the phone because the operator never heard of him.!! Yes, I eventually bought my new 2012 Ford. Spent a total of $48,000 with people who actually want to sell cars. Where I was treated like a human being. Go to Gosch Ford if you like , but beware ! This could happen to you too ! ( Oh, and I still have that little flyer stashed away for safe keeping. May prove quite valuable one rainy day ) More
