My 2008 Ford Edge lease was up and I traded it in for a 2011 Edge at Gosch Ford. Floyd and Mike both helped us and were very nice and courteous. We made a deal and signed the lease contract and a week later, I get a call that we needed to bring the car back in and re-negotiate a new deal and re-sign a new contract because ford couldn't approve the loan. We went in, signed a new contract despite my monthly payment went up $11 and had to put a $500 down payment. Not too happy about this but at least I got them out of my hair, or at least I thought. Get another call from them a month later asking to come back in because they needed us to bring in my husband and I's marriage license for the rebate. My husband was so irritated that he told them he will drive down but they need to fill up our gas tank, which they did. Ugh, I hope this is the last time we will have to deal with them. I will not be going back to gosch ford to purchase future cars. I will go back to Palm Springs ford where i originally bought my 2008 edge with no problems at all. The car buying process was a lot easier and faster there. Took only a couple hours and I was out as opposed to Gosch Ford, I was there nearly 6 hours until I got the keys. More

When I first walked up I felt like i was family. Everyone treated me very well and answered all of my questions i had to ask. On 02/16/2010 I flew down from the San Francisco Bay Area to finalise the purchase of a 2008 Volvo C30. I had been communicating via email and telephone with John Young and Chad Jahary for roughly one week to finalise the purchase of a 2008 Volvo C30. They overnighted the documents to me so that both myself and my fiance could put our names on the car. John offered to pick me up at the Ontario airport (thanks again John!) When we arrived at the dealership in Hemet I was able to see the car IN PERSON for the first time, and as I hoped, it looked just as good as the pictures indicated - no last minute surprises. We finished up with the paperwork, got everything wrapped up and off I went, back up to the bay. My fiance and I have had quite a few dealership experiences in the last year (she ended up with an infiniti from Fairfield Infiniti), but this was definitely the best dealership / sales team I've worked with.
