Great Customer Service So, I got a call from Ryan Bowen from Hemet Gosch Ford where I had previously gotten my car, and he tells me that they are looking at my current car s So, I got a call from Ryan Bowen from Hemet Gosch Ford where I had previously gotten my car, and he tells me that they are looking at my current car status and that they could help me get into a new car and possibly lower my payment which to me sounded awesome. Well, let me say this: it was awesome. Ryan called in his manager, who by the way is also named Ryan, except his last name is Smith :), anyway, they looked at my car and it's current value and answered all my concerns because I was hesitant. They were able to work out a deal that was satisfying to me and my husband and were more than accommodating of my concerns. Both Ryans have a wonderful attitude and made us feel comfortable while providing us with all the information necessary and available for our new purchase. Honestly, I have to say, I was happy 3 years ago as a repeat customer and I am happy now and will continue being a repeat customer of Hemet Gosch Ford because associates like Ryan make the process that much easier and that much smoother. so glad i went to Gosch Ford in Hemet I've been in the market for a family SUV for months. Hours searching prices and dealers online. I went to every car dealer in Temecula area and finall I've been in the market for a family SUV for months. Hours searching prices and dealers online. I went to every car dealer in Temecula area and finally decided on a ford explorer for our family of six. We have an older expedition but needed better fuel economy and not have to lose too much space. The explorer fit the bill. The problem was finding someone to make us a fair deal. I couldn't get anywhere with the salespeople, all nice but no great deals. I was near Hemet and stopped into Gosch Ford.I'm so glad i did. My problems were solved. Don the salesman asked what we needed and showed me the explorer we wanted. He also showed me others side by side so i knew exactly what i was buying. he gave me time to think, on a very busy night without pressure until i decided. Don introduced me to Ryan the sales manager and from there they both did everything possible to make this happen. They went far beyond what other guys were willing to do, i could not say no. thank you Don and Ryan for getting the family into a new Explorer , that they love! More
