Both times our salesmen have been fun, laid back and down to earth, never pushy and always tried very hard to negotiate to get down to our price. Spencer Pipitt was our salesman this time around and he was awesome. He's full of energy, very upbeat and never made me feel uncomfortable or unsure of the deal. False advertising I found a f250 diesel 4x4 on their site and got an official internet price. I came down there to buy it after being pre approved and running my credit I found a f250 diesel 4x4 on their site and got an official internet price. I came down there to buy it after being pre approved and running my credit, I was told by Gary the manager and Josh the sales agent the payment and terms were no problem . When I arrived and test drove the truck they them tell me they can't honor the price they told me because they made an error. The truck would be 67k not 55k. They never tried to make it right. They wasted my time. I then went to la mesa Ford and Greg Ryan gave me exactly what I wanted with terms I could afford. He had the deal done before I ever arrived and put things in the deal for my protection like gap coverage. If you want a Ford goto la mesa, they are legit!!! More

No Service service center Have a 1989 ford Aerostar with a "no start" condition. Had it towed to Jack Gosch Ford and was told they would not work on it because it was a 1989 m Have a 1989 ford Aerostar with a "no start" condition. Had it towed to Jack Gosch Ford and was told they would not work on it because it was a 1989 model. They didn't have the equipment. They had serviced this van in the past. They just didn't want to work on it even though the tow truck was sitting in their driveway. I couldn't believe this. They are a Ford service and the van is a Ford. I had it towed there for nothing. What the xxxx is the matter with these people? . They won't even fix their own product? More

Poorest service I have ever received at a Ford Dealership. Personally went in to book appointment. Took 2015 F150 on Thursday morning as per appointment at 7:30am. Had listed three items. Called at 11:15 on Friday.Only regular service work done. No excuse as to why other work not done. One day and a half for what. Two hours worth of work done. Serious Problems at this service centre. Will not ever return. Oh they did have enough time to call and want me to trade. Are you kidding,not on your life.Oh my truck was dirty with dust and water drops. Cost me to have it cleaned. On my work order it says I picked vehicle up before diagnosis on my second and third concerns. More
