They called in about 2 hours to say my car was ready. In about another 10 minutes their driver picked me up and brought me back to the dealer to get my car. My name is Etwan I went in for a simple oil change and was treated as if my work was going to cost a thousand dollars. I walked out of there feeling like I won the customer award. There was not one person that didnt have a smile or said hi. I was scared I thought I was on punk or something. I have never been in a place like that where everybody was perfect. I have told a couple of my friends to check you guys first so I hope they check in before going anywhere else. I usually go to my job and get an oil change but going out of my way was well worth. The wife saw the new HHR and we both really liked the style, Half car, Half truck. It worked perfect for our needs. Went in and talked to Greg and another salesman ( no longer working there ) We went over the price etc and came to an agreement and bought the HHR. Greg was a real help in answering all my questions about the workings of everything and I was impressed with his knowledge about the car/truck. When the service was due to be done we brought it in and Colleen took care of everything from there. Again impressed with her knowledge as well. Since then I have bought a new Malibu from them. Service workers are very helpful, they fix my cars and if there is a problem they don't give me any trouble about gettin have my cars serviced there.
