I purchased a brand new 2018 Chevy Silverado and have kept it well-maintained with routine services. Despite reporting transmission issues for years during these services, the dealership dismissed my con kept it well-maintained with routine services. Despite reporting transmission issues for years during these services, the dealership dismissed my concerns, attributing the problems to other causes. Now, at 89,000 miles and just 5 months from paying it off, my transmission has failed, and my extended warranty is expired. I’m facing a $6,000 repair bill for an issue I reported repeatedly while under warranty. This experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. I hope Chevrolet addresses this and improves their customer service to prevent this from happening to others. Can't recommend them to anyone I know More
I had a check engine light pop up on my work truck. I called the parts department to see if they had what I needed to get my truck back on the road. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue with my vehicle, I have encountered numerous challenges and inconsistencies that have significantly eroded my trust in your service. Initially, I was informed that my vehicle's water pump was leaking, only to later be told that it was merely a recommendation without any clear explanation for the change. This inconsistency has been confusing and frustrating. Furthermore, I was promised a video walk-around to demonstrate the vehicle's condition. Despite repeated assurances, this video was never provided. When I requested this video for transparency before making any decisions about the recommended work, I was met with skepticism and even accusations regarding its existence. The failure to provide this promised evidence seriously undermines the credibility of the service provided. Additionally, I must express my disappointment with the dismissive attitude displayed towards my concerns. My wife, who owns the vehicle, was also disregarded in the discussions, which is unacceptable and unprofessional. Moreover, when I raised these issues and referenced my AAA membership, instead of addressing my concerns in a professional manner, I encountered unwarranted hostility. The lack of prompt communication and the delayed responses to my inquiries have further exacerbated my dissatisfaction. I also attempted to resolve these issues by contacting the number provided on the reviews, only to be redirected to random people, which did not help address my concerns. When I finally reached out to Marten, Roger, and Bob, the service and parts director, I was told that the issue was with a heater hose, and they dismissively asked, "What do you want us to do about it?" This unprofessional behavior, particularly after refusing to send the promised video, is unacceptable. Lastly, I had planned to purchase a new car with Suzie, the sales manager, but once I informed her about the service department's behavior, she ceased all contact with me, further illustrating the lack of professionalism across departments. Overall, this experience has been deeply unsatisfactory and falls far short of the professionalism and customer service standards I expect. I urge you to address these issues swiftly and commit to improving communication and transparency with your customers moving forward. If you call the number when they respond to your complaint the operator sends you to random people and they will tell you there is no General manager and non one knows who the owner is this place is a joke go somewhere else. Had a great experience today with the service and also the parts department. I booked an oil change for my truck and thought I was getting a certain price. I will definitely be coming back. they even washed my truck! More
