I recently purchased a 2023 Chevrolet Bolt EUV from Gosch Chevrolet. During the purchasing phase everything went smooth and the sales team was very helpful. One of the incentives when purchasing this vehicle was a $500 dollar charging credits or $1000 credit to purchase and install a home charger. I chose the charging credits! It’s been over 2 months and even though the charging credits were initially requested the process was never completed so I never got my charging credits. The sales team over the phone sounds helpful but NOTHING has happened. No change, no credits! They don’t even call me to give me updates or anything. I have been patient with them but they sure make you feel like they are taking advantage of my kindness. I hope that filing a formal complaint with the DMV will get their attention and step up on their game. More

One surprise I had was finding out once we were finalizing the process that apparently the dealer installed a $1400 “Theft patrol” tracking device that requires a monthly subscription. Nobody had disclosed anything about it ahead of time. I didn’t want it, but Chady kept fighting me about it, saying it was a dealer install that was already on the car. I kept thinking if the dealer installed it, then they are completely capable of removing it. Besides, at the end of the process, they really push you to sign up for an OnStar subscription- something that already has stolen vehicle tracking. It seemed like a redundant waste and a money grab to pay and additional $1400 for something not needed and something OnStar already does. The person pushing it, Chady, made me uncomfortable me enough arguing about it, that I nearly walked out, but the general manager came out to finalize the deal and quell some concerns I had over the final price with the unwanted add ons. Truthfully, that device and the associated tussle was the only hang up on an otherwise smooth process. Near the end of the process I was asked to write a review and they pointed me through what to do to create an AI generated review of the dealership. Although I initially posted the auto generated review to keep the process moving, I did go back later to edit it to give a more accurate account. More
