I always have a good experience when I bring in my care for routine service. Briana Hull always goes above and beyond. I was lucky enough to get another appointment that worked around my schedule. I really like the fact that they have a vehicle inspection video. Awesome service! More
My 2022 Chevrolet Silverado RST (Duramax) was towed into my local Chevrolet dealership on 8/11/2022 due to a "water in the fuel system" error message. The Gosch Chevrolet Service Department diagnosed the p my local Chevrolet dealership on 8/11/2022 due to a "water in the fuel system" error message. The Gosch Chevrolet Service Department diagnosed the problem as DEF in the fuel system. On 8/23/2022 I was contacted by the Gosch Service rep. and told that my truck was repaired and ready to pick up and the repairs would cost $1,800. My wife and I picked up my truck the following day (8/24/2022) and paid the service fee. The very next day (8/25/2022), on my way to work in the morning, the check engine light came back on with an error message stating "Acceleration Decreased" and the truck went into limp mode. I drove to the nearest safe location and called a tow truck to have my vehicle towed back to the dealership. I spoke with the Service Manager (Martin Granado) and the Shop Foreman (Michael Gormady) after dropping the truck back off. I was told by Mr. Gormady that the GM approved method is to replace the entire fuel system when this issue occurs, but they chose to perform a different repair that they have used in the past and allegedly works "most of the time". The option to have the repairs performed the correct way was never presented to me. The Service department has verified verbally, over the phone, that the DEF in the fuel is still the problem with my truck. They now want to charge me between $10,000 to $15,000 to repair the truck the GM approved way, by replacing the entire fuel system. Furthermore, despite the fact that they verbally confirmed that DEF in the fuel system is still the issue, the General Manager (Israel Mora) and the Service Manager (Martin Granado) are trying to say that it is not the same issue and they are not obligated to remedy the issue without further compensation. The bottom line is, I paid to have DEF in the fuel system repaired and it has yet to be repaired. More
