Disappointed with my experience so far with the service department. My 2017 Chevrolet Volt was dropped off on May 24th. They have had my vehicle for a total 41 days. I’ve tried calling my service advisor D department. My 2017 Chevrolet Volt was dropped off on May 24th. They have had my vehicle for a total 41 days. I’ve tried calling my service advisor Dean Page multiple times to get a detailed update, but he always seems to be on lunch or with a client. I’ve left Michael the service manager VMs to call me back with an update he never did. The only communication I’ve received was a brief voicemail from Dean stating they don’t have the part to fix my car. No date. No courtesy loaner offered. You can tell they really don’t care. My wife has been having to give me rides as this vehicle is my only means to get to work. Very inconvenient. I’m normally a pretty patient person, but after 30 days I was beginning to get irritated with the situation. My car is a 2017 under warranty. This shouldn’t be happening. Imaging making payments on a loan and insurance on a car that you can’t even use. I’ve reached out to Chevrolet on the matter let’s see what happens from here. UPDATE: Few hours after posting this review I received a phone call from Martin who said he was the actual service manager. He politely explained the situation with the part being unavailable nationwide which was out of his control. He apologized on behalf of the store for the poor communication and said that he would go to bat for me after the holiday in trying to secure a rental while we are waiting for the part my car needs. Will update this post with how this plays out. Martin, thank you for your call! More

Gosch Chevrolet Did Us Wrong I connected with Allie from Gosch Chevrolet on Saturday 6/22/24 with inquires about a 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee. (See text below) My wife and I set up an appointment for 6:3 from Gosch Chevrolet on Saturday 6/22/24 with inquires about a 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee. (See text below) My wife and I set up an appointment for 6:30pm to look at the vehicle. We again text as we left to confirm the appointment, which was over an hour drive for us, and the appointment was still on. We arrived at 6:20 to find a huge red bow on the car and told by another salesman the couple buying the car was currently in finance sealing the deal. Obvious you can’t trust Gosch Chevrolet. If they can’t hold true to their word to an appointment made with several correspondences then what else will they do or not do to make a sale. I work for a large asphalt paving company in San Jacento serving all of So Cal. We purchase many trucks for our employees and will definitely not use Gosch Chevrolet for any of our vehicles. Dean and another male representative at the service department were extremely rude and arrogant.
