If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with Tim Moran in Hemet has been nothing short of a nightmare. I came to the dealership specifically to purchase a brand-new vehicle, b My experience with Tim Moran in Hemet has been nothing short of a nightmare. I came to the dealership specifically to purchase a brand-new vehicle, but instead, they tried to push me into a smaller car and even pressured me to consider a certified pre-owned vehicle. I was very clear about wanting a new car, yet they wasted my time trying to sell me something I didn’t want. After finally purchasing the new vehicle I intended to buy, it only took three days for everything to fall apart. The check engine light came on, and now the car is stuck in their service department. First, they claimed it was a transmission sensor issue, and now it’s something entirely different. To make matters worse, the dealership has been completely unhelpful and dismissive throughout this process. Not only is my brand-new car undrivable, but the dealership has been harassing me nonstop about the down payment and pressuring me to contact the bank to finalize the deal. This is outrageous! I’ve been calling all day to get a solution, and no one could give me an answer. I finally had to drive back to the dealership myself, only to be told the best they can do is offer me a rental. Meanwhile, they expect me to keep paying for a car I can’t even drive. I’ve demanded they either terminate the contract and work on a new one or refund my money, but they refuse to take any responsibility. This dealership has shown absolutely no concern for customer satisfaction and clearly doesn’t care about selling reliable vehicles. This is by far the worst car-buying experience I’ve ever had. If you value your time, money, and sanity, avoid Tim Moran in Hemet at all costs. Their lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic decency is appalling. More

Salesman sales Francisco Phil sales manager and Hector finance department, Real sacammers Be careful what you sign, a 16999.00 Car was jacked up to over 25000.00, they added services they failed to disclose, such as ceramic and internal conditionigs for over 6000.00 plus financing! with out explaining, what this product were, By law they are supposed to disclose these charges, verbaly, and explaining that these services are OPTIONAL. No such thing as required by the dealer, my down fall is that I trusted people. And signed where Hector told me to sign I could of bought a brand new car for that amount verbally the manager sold me the Idea that going with Gm financial the extended warranty was covered with some sort of incentives when I got to the finance dept the finance manager, stated that th warranty was 30 days or 300 miles which was not aceptabl Phil was no were to be found and at the end The only thing I agreed was the extended warranty for an additional 1400.00. Phil sold me the Idea that for Gm 7.5 % when was going to cover for the warranty. I could of gone with my bank for 4-5 % for a used car since I have excelent credit and bout a car not services or products that at the end I'm not sure I got they was supposed to callme to set up the appointment to di the interior no body has reach out to me , since the day we bought tha car. The excuse was "you sign it ". I work off shore for the depepartment of the navy and after that night I had to fly in to work and di not have time to se wthe contract Please before you go into finance have this people put what they offered in writing, becareful of scammers we all work hard for our money pleas don't trust anybody More
