11/16/23 called and scheduled an appt. to get my repair I was told was not under warranty but I found my warranty and it was a covered repair. Took the car in and they apologized and then took the car. Dean called and said it would need to be kept over the weekend and that they would get a car rental also covered under warranty. When I called at 4:30 pm Dean was working on the rental since repair was approved. Then Saturday morning no call back and no car. I called the service dept and Rodger told me there are no notes in the system and he can not help me, I need to wait till Monday to talk to Dean. I believe they did not communicate due to being horrible humans and being mean and spiteful. Horrible customer service. Now I need to call for a rental car and pay for it out of my pocket. this is not the first bad review I have placed. they just don't care if you are satisfied. Extremely upset. More

This is the second time that I have received poor service from this dealership. I called in to get help with a slow leak on my Cadillac Escalade. EXT truck. I simply need to have the spare put on so I can ha from this dealership. I called in to get help with a slow leak on my Cadillac Escalade. EXT truck. I simply need to have the spare put on so I can have time to determine what type of tire set for which to replace all tires. I called in to the service department rep - She gave me 2 options. Come in now or come in tomorrow. I ASKED IF IT WOULD BE BETTER TO COME IN TOMORROW IF THAT WAS BEST AND WAS TOLD IF I BRING IT IN NOW, THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT WOULD GET IT DONE AND IT COULD TAKE AN HOUR (WAIT). I don't mind the wait. So I agreed to bring it directly in (2 miles away). I arrived at the service desk and to my amazement, the Service Desk rep (Male / Gray hair) made 2 statements to me. "Who did you talk to?" I cant do it today." The female beside him stated that it had to be Customer Service that I spoke with. He turns to me and restated " I cant do it today. As you can see, I am furious that I risk myself driving on a bad tire after confirming that I would be helped. I am not sure how this dealership runs it's business but I see there are opportunities that can be improved. For one, Broken business process - Poor communication between Customer Service and Service Desk. If there is a process it surely was not followed. 2) Basic Customer service. If I tell you that I have a truck that has a tire that has a tire dangerously low in air, it means I need help. You do not tell me that you simply wont help me with a straight face. I generally spend alot of money keeping my cars up to date but I will definitely say that I will NEVER come back to this dealership. I am leaving this detailed note because the management staff needs to do some sensitivity training with the service department. I have never, since I purchased my car at a Chevrolet dealership experienced anything like this. Hopefully this will be reviewed by someone who can make change. I cant tell if this is a personal issue or a company dealership issue. What I can tell you is that this is not the desired customer satisfaction one would expect from a Chevrolet dealership. I will make sure to write a letter to the organization. More
