11/16/23 called and scheduled an appt. to get my repair I was told was not under warranty but I found my warranty and it was a covered repair. Took the car in and they apologized and then to get my repair I was told was not under warranty but I found my warranty and it was a covered repair. Took the car in and they apologized and then took the car. Dean called and said it would need to be kept over the weekend and that they would get a car rental also covered under warranty. When I called at 4:30 pm Dean was working on the rental since repair was approved. Then Saturday morning no call back and no car. I called the service dept and Rodger told me there are no notes in the system and he can not help me, I need to wait till Monday to talk to Dean. I believe they did not communicate due to being horrible humans and being mean and spiteful. Horrible customer service. Now I need to call for a rental car and pay for it out of my pocket. this is not the first bad review I have placed. they just don't care if you are satisfied. Extremely upset. More
