These guys have earned my trust as much as any dealership ever could. I have purchased several cars from them over decades and always felt like I got a fair deal. If every dealership conducted business with the integrity that these guys do, auto dealers would not have a bad reputation. The last car I purchased, I went to Asheboro Honda, only because Albemarle did not have the make and model I was looking for in stock. Huge mistake on my part, but I will not make that mistake again. I did not get a fair deal. They snuck in an almost $3000 charge and I still have not been able to verify what was for. I have had three oil changes done in in Asheboro. I did not realize the service contract I bought had to be done at that dealership. I had to wait 3 to 4 hours for every one of those oil changes and I had an appointment. Not to mention I had to drive an hour to get there in an hour to get back. Only Tim Marburger Honda will get my business in the future. More
