Orbie, I'm not sure if you purchased an extended service contract that was offered to you at time of purchase because that's what is done to help off set these types of issues that could occur down the road on any vehicle new or used that's why they come with a manufacturers warranty even when brand new. We did and do check every vehicle out thoroughly before they go on the lot for retail and it was approved for retail. Two and a half years is a long time to say the dealership didn't do something and should be held accountable to pay for your maintenance and service issues(Cadillac are know to be a high maintenance vehicle). I hope that you have contacted Cadillac the manufacturer of your vehicle to see if they can help you with these issues. As far as another dealership saying that a leak should have been seen two and half years ago that wasn't even there is unreal to say the least. We wish you nothing but the best of luck with your cadillac and its service and maintenance issues.

Minterma, I'm surprised to say the least about your comments about our dealership Kim spent six hours with you and showed you three impala's and went over the different trim levels on each and pricing of each and to our knowledge you was happy at the time of purchase so much so that you sent your wife back the next day to trade in her vehicle for a new traverse and Kim meet with her and showed her a new vehicle and after that for what ever reason the next day after her visit you turned against Kim and the dealership for no real reason that we know of except to say you no longer wanted the vehicle which by the state of NC law contract there is no cooling off period.
