Horrible customer service Went to have vehicle serviced scheduled through internet as we have done in past. Advisor said we don't have internet scheduling. I said yes you do we Went to have vehicle serviced scheduled through internet as we have done in past. Advisor said we don't have internet scheduling. I said yes you do we have used it before and I pulled it up on my phone and he said we'll it doesn't work. I asked for a manager he pointed to a guy sitting next to him who ended up not being a manager. Took a while to find out no managers on site and reluctant to give me contacts. Went down street to another dealership and was in and out in 25 minutes for my warranty service. Rude and untruthful service advisor just cost them any future business. Pathetic. More

My Chevolet Classic Dealership-Kannapolis I was really impressed how the salesman knew all the right questions to ask. He understood what I was looking for and found it almost immediately. Best friend during sale, hope you dont need any help after Bought 2015 vehicle there, they were so helpful. After sale when I needed assiatnce getting money they owed me back, not so helpful. Today, the norm is that folks in car sales rarely know their own products, and almost never know anything about the car that is being traded in. Mr. Adams was very knowledgeable of the 2015 Chevy SS, which is an uncommon car, with no corporate twins, and very few other cars like it. He also knew my 2007 Corvette, and was efficient in negotiating the trade. He was also above average, getting me acquainted with the high tech features of my new car. I would highly recommend friends or neighbors to buy their next car through him. All of the other team members at Classic were excellent, and they did not waste my time. More
