Excellent Customer Service Experience I was referred to Tim Lally Chevrolet by my friend who recommended I speak with a Salesman named Travis Kinnebrew. I called Travis told him what my n I was referred to Tim Lally Chevrolet by my friend who recommended I speak with a Salesman named Travis Kinnebrew. I called Travis told him what my needs were and gave him some parameters to consider that would work for me and my family. While I was at work Travis met with my wife to review our needs and selected a few vehicles that he thought would work well within our budget. My wife and I selected the vehicle and asked Travis to get the ball rolling and we scheduled an appointment after my normal working hours to complete the transaction. When we arrived the car was completely detailed, paper work was ready to be reviewed and the deal was "exactly" what we asked for during our initial conversation. Travis was very courteous and considerate of our time limitations. What a great experience provided by Travis and all of the representatives of Tim Lally Chevrolet. Knowing this dealership provides sponsorship and support for local youth athletics and other community support activities was another good selling point. Keep up the good work! More
