Emissions issue fixed! I had an emissions issue on my brand new suburban. Jason in service took my case from start to (extended) finish. He made sure I didn't have to contin I had an emissions issue on my brand new suburban. Jason in service took my case from start to (extended) finish. He made sure I didn't have to continue to explain the situation to new people and handled all the details including the number for my covered roadside assistance. Once in shop, he called with updates and diagnosis of the issue. Unfortunately when I picked up the vehicle, the issue was still happening and the dealership was all but closed. Ken Long heard my plight and got me a vehicle to drive home! I happily drove a stunning loaded suburban (planting a seed for a future purchase!) while the technicians thoroughly investigated the problem. Two days later, I returned my loaner vehicle and my suburban was fixed. Jason had kept me updated and there was no charge, as my vehicle is still under warranty. These two employees went above and beyond and really made me feel like a valued customer. This is our third purchase from Lally and we will happily continue to do business with them because of employees like this. More

However, when it came Down to paperwork signing with Jimmy, I, the customer, had to point out many mistakes in the paperwork INCLUDING MY NAME WAS WRONG AS WELL AS THE MONTHLY CAR PAYMENT AMOUNT. And even after I pointed out ON THE 2nd, 3rd, 4th, even 5th form that my name was wrong, Jimmy was going to have me sign it anyways. He told me we were being recorded and I would like for you guys to review this. I feel your company was not honest with me, by trying to be slick by changing the payment amount from what we were told , when it came time to sign it was different. It was more, of course. Very disappointed. I've been shopping at Tim Lally for my cars since I was 22 and I am done now. No integrity . No honestly. Not to mention when we were in in room with jimmy I felt rushed as it was almost 5 pm and he was to get off at 5. I felt rushed . Not a good experience at all. But remember, Devin was great. But everything else was not. More
