We dealt with Anthony Paolella (Sales), Rob Parr (Sales Manager), Cindy Gsell (Insurance), and Jim Zurzolo (F&I Manager) - all of them were very pleasant to deal with! They made it very easy. We even got to chat with Mike Lally - what a completely down to earth guy! - and he is a Gearhead to boot! I really need to give Kudos to Anthony - every time we have bought a car I have known much more about the car we were interested in because I had done a lot of research on it before walking into the dealership - this was not the case with Anthony - he knew everything (esp about the options and trim levels) about the vehicles we looked at - really refreshing.
