My wife and I were shopping for our "dream sports car" and the 1996 Corvette caught our eyes as we drove in. After getting out to look it over, it really piqued our interest so we drove up to the showroom and realized it was closed. Anthony was on his way out the door but stopped to greet us. He really took his time to answer our questions and then arranged for a test drive. There was no pressure or obligation. The car was everything we were looking for! Anthony knows a lot about Corvettes for sure and got us very excited about becoming owners. He's very honest and truly had our interest at heart. Sensing that we didn't want to be impulsive, Anthony let us drive the car home overnight. That really gave us the opportunity to appreciate the car and realize this was the sports car we were looking for. We returned the next day and Anthony really worked with us to make the deal happen. We feel really good about our purchase. There's a lot of high-end cars at Tim Lally, however Anthony made us feel as welcome as someone purchasing an $80K car. He made sure the car was completely checked over and detailed. He showed us around the dealership so we could see where all the work is done. We even got to talk with the mechanic that was going over our car. If and when we need service on our car, we'll be sure to bring it back to Tim Lally. In fact, everyone we met at the dealership was warm, friendly, and extremely customer focused. (We had just come from Carmax where it was quite the opposite in our experience.) If you are in the market for a Chevy, we highly recommend Tim Lally. Be sure to ask for Anthony. He'll take good care of you! More

I stopped in because I was interested in exploring the possibility of purchasing an electric or hybrid car. In reviewing the very limited possibilities, I had learned a little about the Volt, and wanted to get some additional information. We met with Henry Jablonski and had a very positive experience. He answered the questions I had clearly and without puffery, showed us a model on the lot that fit he specifications I had suggested (and my online investigations had indicated that not many Chevrolet dealers were interested in carrying or promoting this product or had any in stock) and, after a test drive, he reviewed a variety of possibilities for acquiring the vehicle. He never pressured me to consider more expensive models or add-ons, and was helpful in making delivery arrangements convenient for me for the following morning. It was one of the most pleasant and rational transactions I have experience in my own or other auto purchases I have observed. More
