Was a good dealership at one time Worst dealership. Was good at one time, leased 2 cars from them, went back for a third, was there for 3 hours and got nowhere. We had Brenda a salesperson, and Henry a manager helping us. They didnt know what was going on. We filled out a credit app, waited 45 minutes then they came back saying we need to fill out a credit app. WE JUST DID THAT. So we decided to leave and upon us leaving they ran out and stood in front of our car to talk to us. Too late, will never deal with them again and told them that. Heres the kicker, a week later I get an email from someone else asking us to come in to turn in our lease and discuss options. More

I completed the entire negotiating process electronically thru email, text and phone calls and received a great deal, without taking a single step into the dealership. Couldn't be happier! When this car showed up online I immediately inquired about it. I informed Matt of my last experience and he told me he was going to make sure that this would be the best buying experience that I would have. Extremely frustrating experience I purchased a 2014 F250 with only 23,000 miles last week. Since I was buying it from out of state, I relied on your company to be honest and forthcomi I purchased a 2014 F250 with only 23,000 miles last week. Since I was buying it from out of state, I relied on your company to be honest and forthcoming about the condition of the vehicle. Upon receiving it, I have found severe rust damage that has had immediate consequences in just the first week of owning it, and promises to cause many more problems in the future. Already the vehicle has a broken exhaust, the TPMS system continues to show a fault even after replacing sensors in the tire, the navigation system stopped working and the passenger side mirror is not operating with the control. Just fixing these immediate problems is estimated to cost thousands of dollars. I have emailed the salesperson Joey Hurtick and included pictures. He referred me to the general sales manager John Stone. It has been two days and John has not returned my call. I understand the vehicle is used and cannot be expected to be perfect. I'm open to reasonable solutions that are fair to everyone. But clearly the fact that this extensive damage was not disclosed, and was not considered in the purchase price, is unacceptable. I will be contacting the OH Attorney General's office shortly. I would prefer to work out a mutually acceptable resolution with your business instead.
