This is my 3rd vehicle and my 4th chevy. Matt is always a joy to work with, he is polite and friendly and listens to my concerns. I have been with this dealership since 2016, the people are always polite.Its always very clean.They listen to my concern. Sean and Matt are helpful at all times. Sometimes the cost of service can be a lit are always polite.Its always very clean.They listen to my concern. Sean and Matt are helpful at all times. Sometimes the cost of service can be a little expensive and the wait sometimes can be a little long. Thank god for there movie theater especially o those long waits.However, I have no complaints. I live in Avon Ohio and there is Chevrolet dealership right down the street from me in walking distance and I prefer to travel to Tim Lally Chevrolet . More

This is the fifth vehicle I’ve purchased through Tim Lally. This is my second vehicle with Bill. As a creature of habit, I always purchased an Equinox. He listened carefully to my concerns and answered all questions knowledgeably. Bill is also extremely honest and won’t try to put you in a vehicle you cannot afford as many dealers do.
