Kept us waiting to long for everything. I haven’t car shopped on a long time so it’s probably par for the course. We purchased a used vehicle and it was checked that there was an owners man I haven’t car shopped on a long time so it’s probably par for the course. We purchased a used vehicle and it was checked that there was an owners manual in the vehicle of which there was not. They did rectify the problem though. Other than that I think we had a good experience and everyone was very nice. The used car salesman, Bruce definitely knew the vehicle. More

I can't say enough about the treatment I have received from everyone at Tim Lalley Chevrolet. Jeff McCune is the best sales person I have ever dealt with, especially in a car dealership. He is VERY friendly and knowledgeable, professional and courteous, and more important - HE LISTENS! It was a pleasure to visit this dealership, from the day I walked in the door unannounced and met Jeff for the first time, until we worked our way through all my questions and concerns, and picked up my new Malibu yesterday.
