My son took his 2020 Trailblazer inf or oil change. We purchased oil and oil filter package when we purchased the vehicle. However, my son was still charged for the oil change. I am waiting to hear back from the service department to see if they will refund the money my son paid for his oil change. Very disappointing that my son was charged at all given that we prepaid for the oil changes. More
