This happened well over a year ago and Tim Dahle is just now responding??? I sent 2-3 letters and placed several phone calls prior to posting this review. Your database is flawed. Proof of that is I have received offers to buy the Altima as recently as 6 months ago (which is about 6 months after you purchased the Altima from us). Additional proof of your flawed database is that I have spent about $10,000 for repairs on 2 Nissans (1 Altima and 1 Maxima) at your store in the past 3-4 years. Your records may also include my daughter's name Alexis Rogers. She is the one that sold you the Altima. I was just trying to help out a daughter with her first real experience with a dealership. I had her go someplace else for her next purchase. David Rogers
