DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH TIM DAHLE first I want to say in 2017 I bought a brand new Murano... they offered me 12400 for mid to late Dec 2022, the car was throwing a transmission code. Knowing the market and my cars worth I said "no" fast forward Tim Dahle swaps mine for a brand new transmission last week. (Under warranty) Today I get a call saying "we were prepared to offer $16500 had it not thrown a code and now that new transmission is in let us earn your business. I ended the call saying let me think about it, drove it 50 miles home, and back, 100 give or take extra. Then I get a text. Pic included, I responded by saying I had a good offer but the person is struggling getting a loan if they could do 16k they could have it, he responds saying "if you bring it in today I'll do 16k". (mind you they had it for over a week, knew condition in and out. Then they proceeded to try to talk me down with kbb numbers ect. WASTING MY TIME AMD MONEY, they came in lower by 500 and I walked away. I will never do business here again, ever. They waste your time and lead you on, last week I bought a new personal car from Ken Garff Mercedes and will now buy a new Armada for ny business also from Ken garff Nissan. Then the sales man says "really you're walking away over a few hundred dollars" same one who sent me this text convincing me to bring it down TODAY FOR WHAT MY LOWEST ASK WAS. I Dod only to have my time wasted, I said it's the principle and you lied this isn't okay. Poor poor business sense, I'll never go here again nor will anyone I know. Steer clear. I purchased a Nissan NV 12 passenger van about a year and a half ago. It's been a good van, but we recently had an issue with the aftermarket 4x4 (turns out it was a completely owner-operated issue). They got me in ASAP and diagnosed and serviced immediately. They informed me it would cost approximately $1300 to repair (outside of warranty), but could be done that day. I approved the repairs and they helped get me to a couple of appointments in Draper and Lehi (I live outside of the area and they're contracted Lyft drivers were all very nice, too). When I returned to pick up the vehicle, they detailed how they were able to correct the problem without reinstalling a new computer. That attention to detail saved me almost $800. That really helped my family out and Mark (in repairs) and Travis Murdock (in marketing) were excellent to work with. Thank you! These are great guys!! More

NEVER WILL I EVER BUY CAR FROM TIM DAHLE! ! The biggest crooks and thief’s out there!!! They owe me almost $400 in difference of a pay off balance!!! They pulled my credit without authorizatio !
