Been waiting 3 weeks for them to put a new tire on a van I bought. Not one employee has reached out or called back to give an update. Can't even get a manager to talk to me. This review is for the service department As I write this review, I am still waiting for the service advisor to call me back regarding an updated estimate/status of my car. It has been a whole day after the review, I am still waiting for the service advisor to call me back regarding an updated estimate/status of my car. It has been a whole day after the initial estimate, a total of 2 days and the car is still in just 'check in' status. No delivery date in sight for a leaking power steering, which by the way was supposed to have been fixed by them some months ago (like 3 months). I'll try to recover my car tomorrow and take it somewhere else. Previous interactions had been ok, but this time I find the lack of communication/call backs unacceptable More
