Donny immediately responsive when I arrived on the lot but never pushy, he even had the car pulled up and ready for me to staff at Tim Dahle Nissan. Cameron and the team were very thorough in the sales process. I came in originally for a cube and he recognized my needs financially and as a consumer and went above and beyond to meet them. Sales personell were very knowledgable, up front on the price and took extra time in explaining the process. I worked with Juan Davila to buy a new car.He was very friendly and helpful.As this was my first new sedan car so it took a while to decide which one i want to buy.But i must say i was impressed with cust friendly and helpful.As this was my first new sedan car so it took a while to decide which one i want to buy.But i must say i was impressed with customer service of Nissan Tim Dahle as i have been there 3-4 times to drove the car.But then too Juan was very patient and successful to answer all my queries.Even after i got the car he called to assure everything is going well with car.I strongly recommend this guy as i has a wonderful experience working with him. I had been looking for a used Subaru for months before I found one at Tim Dahle Nissan in Sandy that seemed to be priced right. My main concern was that the car had not been smoked in by the previous owner found one at Tim Dahle Nissan in Sandy that seemed to be priced right. My main concern was that the car had not been smoked in by the previous owner, since I am allergic to the smoke and I have two small children who I didn't want exposed to those harmful chemicals. So my husband went in to take a look at the Subaru they had advertised on their website and another salesperson (NOT Donny, and I can't remember his name now since we purchased the car back in December) told my husband he couldn't find the car in the lot, therefore it had been sold. I felt disappointed when my husband called me to let me know the car had been sold because we had been looking for a used and reliable Subaru for me for a while and that one listed online seemed to be perfect. Anyway, I didn't take a NO for an answer. I went on the website and chatted with one of the salespeople (this time Donny), who told me the car was still available for sale. I was skeptical and confused at the same time since I had two different pieces of information to deal with. So I asked Donny to email me a picture of the car they had in the lot, and sure enough, that was the Subaru I was interested in. So because of the miscommunication I am deducting one star from "Customer Service". Again, not Donny's fault though. Speaking of Donny, he has treated me very courteous since the beginning of our interaction. I went in to take a look at the car the next day, and being a female, I thought I would be treated less than if I were a male, but I can tell you that Donny was a very good salesperson to me, not pushy and very respectful. Since my husband was very busy at work, I dealt with Donny and Jason (the Sales Mgr) all by myself until we agreed on a sales price (which I think was very reasonable, and what I had in mind as a final price I'd pay for the Subaru). My husband came in, we signed the paperwork, and drove away with our car. One thing though I got upset about was that my husband had asked for the keyless entry while we were waiting on the paperwork to be finalized but they couldn't find it at that time. The problem is that when I tried using the "unlock" button on the keyless entry, it would not work. Only the "lock" button works. Well, if you don't have kids, no problem, you can just unlock the car with your key and be on your way, but when you have an infant in an infant carseat and a toddler, it gets very annoying to unlock the car manually and trying to hold the carseat and a toddler at the same time. I wish they could have told me that problem upfront so I would have gotten the "key replacement" service they had offered at the time we were in the Finance office. So I'm deducting another star for the "Customer Service". By the way, I called both Subaru dealers in town to see how much it would cost me to get the keyless entry replaced, and I'll have to spend a whooping $200 (labor, part and tax included) to get a new keyless entry. Bummer! Other than that, the car runs well and I'm pleased with it. More
