Donny was fabulous and amazing to work with! No pressure, honesty and a willingness to go above and beyond. Exceptional service,they listened to my needs and what price range I could afford. No sales pressure. After I bought the vehicle I wanted there was an issue with it. I went back and spoke with Mark Ingleb price range I could afford. No sales pressure. After I bought the vehicle I wanted there was an issue with it. I went back and spoke with Mark Ingleby I explained I had no more funds (I bought the vehicle as is I could not afford an extended warranty). Mark understood my situation and took care of the issue. The salesman David Fenning misinformed me by saying the 2012 Nissan Titan that I was planning on buying came with an in-cabin microfilter. I took his word for it and bought the 2012 Nissan Titan. After I bought the 2012 Titan, I checked to see if there really was an in-cabin filter. And it did NOT have one. I called David Fenning to let him know and asked him to make it right by giving me one, since he told me there already was one in the Titan. He said no. So I then talked to Umair Rehman, the new car sales manager and explained the situation. He also told me that he would NOT make it right by giving me an in-cabin microfilter. Finally, I talked to Alen Maric the General Manager. He ended up making it right by giving me an in-cabin microfilter. More
I called and scheduled an appointment with Donny McCurdy to come see a very specific and unique used car. While the appointment was for 9:00 pm, Donny was more than happy to work with my late schedule. I a to come see a very specific and unique used car. I arrive 30 minutes early, but Donny already had the car prepped, ready and waiting to be test driven right out front. The entire supporting staff stayed with us until after 11:00 pm while we worked out the details of the sale, all without pressure. The decision to buy was totally on me. I am very satisfied with their commitment to customer service, and I ended up with an awesome car at a more than fair price (well below it's book value). I appreciated Donny's low-pressure tactic very much. I had been to multiple other dealerships, and liked how I was treated here best. My only complaint is I was told different things by different employees- ie how much of a down payment I could put on my credit card, and how much the minimum was I had to finance. More
