I texted on the phone after hearing on the radio about the deal they were having, what I had for a credit score, and what I wanted to trade in. Within one hour at the they opened. Our salesman was very friendly and didn't really pressure us. We did feel pressure from his supervisor though. Overall it felt a little rushed. Well our experience in this dealership was horrible!! We felt like they we're in it for the money! They jerked us around, never gave us a straight answer, but we liked the car so we made the numbers work. 1 felt like they we're in it for the money! It was so harsh because it doesn't make sence on why they would let us drive this new Nissan Sentra for so long without them telling us. All the other dealers that I went to were like Wow why would they do that because you put miles on it! Also while we were doing the paperwork and looking at the cars the sales Representative kept calling my husband Alex and his name is Thomas. He even called him and emailed him as Alex even tho my husband and I kept telling him that his name was Thomas. More
