The sales representative, Steve Galaso, was extremely pleasant to work with. We did not feel pressured. He was honest in his responses and did not try to use half truths, etc. to earn our business. Well our experience in this dealership was horrible!! We felt like they we're in it for the money! They jerked us around, never gave us a straight answer, but we liked the car so we made the numbers work. 1 felt like they we're in it for the money! They jerked us around, never gave us a straight answer, but we liked the car so we made the numbers work. 12 days later they call us and tell us oh by the way your car that you guys are driving was never financed if you still want the car too bad but we probably can't get you in it but we got u aproved for a different car and you need a down payment for it too. It was so harsh because it doesn't make sence on why they would let us drive this new Nissan Sentra for so long without them telling us. All the other dealers that I went to were like Wow why would they do that because you put miles on it! Also while we were doing the paperwork and looking at the cars the sales Representative kept calling my husband Alex and his name is Thomas. He even called him and emailed him as Alex even tho my husband and I kept telling him that his name was Thomas. More

Dear Mr. Dahle: You should be ashamed of how unprofessional your sales and financial staff in South Jordan treated my sister, Ms. O’Brien. The encounter occurred the evening of 4/6/2013 betwee unprofessional your sales and financial staff in South Jordan treated my sister, Ms. O’Brien. The encounter occurred the evening of 4/6/2013 between my sister and 4 of your sales and financial staff: Ben, Chris, Ryan and a 4th person, name unknown, who was extremely arrogant in his ability of accuracy regarding this manner. She was verbally accused in the showroom of the South Towne location of returning a car with windshield damage and excessive mileage. When she asked to see the car to inspect the condition herself, she was given numerous excuses why the car was not available for her to examine. They repeatedly accused her of the damage and wanted her to pay accordingly. The discussion escalated, voices were raised and continued outside in the back lot with Mr. Arrogant (again, name unknown) asserting his accuracy, and, without any consideration that the car in question was not the car she turned in. Your sales agents treated her with disrespect and humiliated her in front of everyone in the showroom. If it weren’t for her demanding proof and not allowing your agents to bully her into submission, it was determined the car was not the car she brought in, and in deed, a MISTAKE was made on your part. OH REALLY?!!! I don’t appreciate how you tried to bully and intimidate my sister. On behalf of my sister, I will Tweet, Facebook, and by word of mouth, tell everyone to avoid purchasing a car from any of your dealerships. More

My experience here was complicated. I had an oil change done, and directly afterwards my air conditioning stopped working. When I initially worked with them on it, they took over 4 hours before calling me done, and directly afterwards my air conditioning stopped working. When I initially worked with them on it, they took over 4 hours before calling me back and telling me that they weren't really sure what it was. Upon pressing, they made some guesses and gave me a quote. I wasn't satisfied with a guess and a quote, nor was I satisfied with the various explanations they kept coming up with. When I tried to escalate I had a difficult time getting them to return my calls (I later found out that the service manager had been out of the office those days), so I took my car to another mechanic and got a second opinion. At this point management stepped in. Mark convinced me to return my car to them, and to let them take another look at it with a different mechanic. He set me up with a loaner vehicle so that I wouldn't be without a car while they worked on it. They had multiple people look at it, confirm the issues and solutions, and then work to make things right and to make sure my car was fully functional once again. While neither of us were sure if it could have been caused by their mechanics, the timing was suspicious, and Mark wanted to make sure they hadn't done anything wrong and make sure to right it if they did. I've come back to Tim Dahle because I felt like they were the best Nissan dealer in Utah. I've bought multiple cars from them, and had my share of service done here. Overall and through the years, I think that they've been good and that the service they've provided has been excellent. I think that despite the issues I had, it's good to know that they were more than willing to make things better. After they realized that something had gone wrong, and even though it likely wasn't their fault, they stepped up to make things right for me, and ensure that I had a good experience and was satisfied in the end. I was looking for a family car in a certain price range and was shown 5 different cars in my range. I test drove them and decided on the 2010 Nissan Altima. When I went in to fill out the paper work on the car I was told "sorry we showed the wrong car to you" " this car is $2000.00 more than your price range. I was very upset because I really liked the car and was told when I arrived it was in my price range. The manager came over and told me it was their mistake and they would honor the original price they gave me. Everyone in the dealership was very friendly and accommodating.
