I cannot thank managers Umair Rehman and Mark Ingleby and salesman Stephen Galaso enough for making our daughter's first new car purchase an over-the-top experience for her! Salesman, Stephen Galaso was an exceptionally pleasurable person to work with and his personality and no-pressure attitude made my daughter feel extremely comfortable. Tim Dahle Nissan in Sandy and specifically Mr. Rehman, Mr. Ingleby and Mr. Galaso definitely "earned our business." As buyers of two other Nissan vehicles which we purchased new, we will return to Tim Dahle Nissan in Sandy when we are ready for a new Maxima and will continue to have our Nissan vehicles serviced there as well. Devon met us at the front door and was very helpful right from the beginning. He let me test drive the vehicle for as long as I wanted, during the drive he explained all the features of the vehicle and answ from the beginning. Devon was very helpful throughout the whole process and there was never any pressure to buy, he simply presented all of the information and all of my different options, then let me choose what I wanted to do. He was also very friendly, while I was waiting for the finance department he kept me company and we had a very nice conversation. Overall, this was one of the fastest and easiest experiences that I have ever had at a dealership when buying a car, everything was smooth and easy and I never felt pressured. The same was true in the finance office, they simply presented the options and let me choose. I would recommend doing business with Tim Dahle Nissan. I texted on the phone after hearing on the radio about the deal they were having, what I had for a credit score, and what I wanted to trade in. Within one hour at the they opened. I was treated like a human and not just a sale. I loved the care and the respect that I got the whole time that I was there. The whole dealership was nice and very courteous but the one that made sure i was taken care of the whole time was the man Devon. Our salesman was very friendly and didn't really pressure us. We did feel pressure from his supervisor though. Overall it felt a little rushed.
