Terrible dealership. Once they sell you a car they don't give a xxxx after that. Have had the worry free maintenance that is supposed to cover tire rotation, oil and filters. The last 3 times I have taken my car in they haven't done the tire rotation. They sold us a vehicle that had a known recall that hadn't been fixed. Unfortunately, we signed a waiver under the impression it would be in regard to future recalls. The day we purchased the vehicle hadn't been fixed. Unfortunately, we signed a waiver under the impression it would be in regard to future recalls. The day we purchased the vehicle we had come to the out-the-door price and when asked about financing we said we would be paying cash. The sales rep explained the prices quoted was contingent on financing and cash would bump up the price by $2,000. What? Too many other issues to go over. Suffice it to say the "Forever Warranty" is just a marketing ploy. I was told by their marketing director, Travis Murdock, that we bought the vehicle as is. He also implied that because we have given bad reviews he doesn't feel like doing anything. They got over on us. We were too trusting and should have known better. This was the 3rd and final Nissan we will ever purchase from Tim Dahle. More

Tim Dahl Service department and service Manager Denim do a great job. in taking care of their customers. I had some service done a few months ago and thought one of the services i paid for wasn't done so I a great job. in taking care of their customers. I had some service done a few months ago and thought one of the services i paid for wasn't done so I made an appointment to get it checked out and Denim (Service manager) took care of me and personally made it right. Thats how you keep customers coming back. I know mistakes happen but doing the right thing like He did is Ace's high in my book and I thank him. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH TIM DAHLE first I want to say in 2017 I bought a brand new Murano... they offered me 12400 for mid to late Dec 2022, the car was throwing a transmission code. Knowing the market a in 2017 I bought a brand new Murano... they offered me 12400 for mid to late Dec 2022, the car was throwing a transmission code. Knowing the market and my cars worth I said "no" fast forward Tim Dahle swaps mine for a brand new transmission last week. (Under warranty) Today I get a call saying "we were prepared to offer $16500 had it not thrown a code and now that new transmission is in let us earn your business. I ended the call saying let me think about it, drove it 50 miles home, and back, 100 give or take extra. Then I get a text. Pic included, I responded by saying I had a good offer but the person is struggling getting a loan if they could do 16k they could have it, he responds saying "if you bring it in today I'll do 16k". (mind you they had it for over a week, knew condition in and out. Then they proceeded to try to talk me down with kbb numbers ect. WASTING MY TIME AMD MONEY, they came in lower by 500 and I walked away. I will never do business here again, ever. They waste your time and lead you on, last week I bought a new personal car from Ken Garff Mercedes and will now buy a new Armada for ny business also from Ken garff Nissan. Then the sales man says "really you're walking away over a few hundred dollars" same one who sent me this text convincing me to bring it down TODAY FOR WHAT MY LOWEST ASK WAS. I Dod only to have my time wasted, I said it's the principle and you lied this isn't okay. Poor poor business sense, I'll never go here again nor will anyone I know. Steer clear. I purchased a Nissan NV 12 passenger van about a year and a half ago. It's been a good van, but we recently had an issue with the aftermarket 4x4 (turns out it was a completely owner-operated issue). They go a half ago. It's been a good van, but we recently had an issue with the aftermarket 4x4 (turns out it was a completely owner-operated issue). They got me in ASAP and diagnosed and serviced immediately. They informed me it would cost approximately $1300 to repair (outside of warranty), but could be done that day. I approved the repairs and they helped get me to a couple of appointments in Draper and Lehi (I live outside of the area and they're contracted Lyft drivers were all very nice, too). When I returned to pick up the vehicle, they detailed how they were able to correct the problem without reinstalling a new computer. That attention to detail saved me almost $800. That really helped my family out and Mark (in repairs) and Travis Murdock (in marketing) were excellent to work with. Thank you! These are great guys!! More
