Great dealership to work with Great experience! Was originally interested in two different models; Billy knew every detail about each model which made my decision easier! The who Great experience! Was originally interested in two different models; Billy knew every detail about each model which made my decision easier! The whole process was simple and easy. Austin in finance was awesome as well. She was able to answer all of my questions and offered several options. Big shout out to Brian Wolf; he is the reason I chose Tim Dahle Southtowne! More

The salesperson told my wife and I they don’t negotiate price, we accepted that, and told them we were going to pay cash. At the end of the process of signing documents the salesperson acted as if he had not heard we were going to pay cash – and told us that would add $1,000.00 to the price. I was stunned, but quickly understood this bait and switch/dealership con job – they wanted to make money off the financing on top of the list price and used the bait and switch as leverage. We were shuttled off to the “finance guy.” We told him we thought the cash payment/additional $1000.00 was a rip-off, but said we’d pay 75% cash and finance 25%. He told us we could pay no more than 20% cash. At this point I considered walking out, but we both liked the truck, and it fit our criteria exactly. We agreed to the terms, the finance guy quickly told us we qualified for the loan, and we began signing paperwork to finalize the deal. We had presented a $250.00 coupon which I downloaded from the Dahle website, but the “finance guy” conveniently forgot to subtract that amount until I reminded him again. We paid the $3000.00 (20% max down Dahle would allow) with an AMEX card. The truck was supposed to be detailed and delivered within a couple of days. We heard nothing from the Tim Dahle dealership for over a week. I called, left numerous messages, and no one called me back who had any idea where the truck was. Finally, after two weeks, we received a call that the truck would be delivered that day. Two weeks later we got a call from the “finance guy.” He told us we had been approved for the loan (same thing he told us the day we bought the truck), but the lender wanted our tax returns. Seemed like a strange request at this point, but we promptly complied. It has now been six weeks since the truck was delivered, eight weeks since we wrote the check, and we have never received license plates nor any information on title, etc. We have had no contact from Tim Dahle Nissan that either acknowledges the problem or suggests an equitable way to resolve it. At this point no individual at this dealership has acted in an ethical, efficient, or professional manner. Again, we went into the dealership with the intention of paying cash/full asking price for the truck. We walked out in the middle of an ongoing mess we could not have anticipated. In our humble opinion – you would be making a grave mistake to do business with Tim Dahle dealerships. After this review posts, if anyone in authority at Tim Dahle cares enough about the reputation of their company to reach out and offer us a reasonable, equitable conclusion to this “sale” - I will gladly report it on this website. Such the run around! And when they mess up they act like it's your fault! Then when you try to get it worked out they give serious attitude and seem uninterested in getting anything solved. Don't know if it it's your fault! Then when you try to get it worked out they give serious attitude and seem uninterested in getting anything solved. Don't know if it's a lack of experience or caring but either way watch out. More
FIRST OF ALL, RUN FROM THIS PLACE!!! Just read the reviews. We purchased a 2016 Dodge Ram through Tim Dahle Nissan Southtowne and worked with Dakota. First of all the online pricing is a huge scam, reviews. We purchased a 2016 Dodge Ram through Tim Dahle Nissan Southtowne and worked with Dakota. First of all the online pricing is a huge scam, the price advertised and the “out the door” price was a difference of $5,000 and they wouldn’t just break it down to tell me what was in those $5,000 charges. It was like pulling teeth, then I finally get told I HAVE to pay for a “peace of mind” warranty at $1700 which was basically me paying for their service shop to look it over and make sure everything is ok which I feel should be done before the car is even listed to be sold. I ended up getting the price down to where I felt comfortable and was told by Dakota to bring it back in later that week for a detail and to smoke bomb it to get the cigarette smell out. On my way to work the next morning the check engine light came on, I tested the code and it was for a fuel sensor. My husband finally called them after I got no response from my message to Dakota and they said go ahead and bring it in and we’ll fix it. I brought it in on Thursday and I finally had to call on Monday to see if it was done to only be told they hadn’t fixed it, but they would fix it for $850!! I said this happened less than 12 hours after driving off the lot, I think if they were at all concerned about their customer they would have taken care of it. My husband got sick of arguing with them and just said we would come and pick it up. I got a voicemail from Dakota saying he was able to get it all detailed and smoke bombed. I arrived and my truck hadn’t been touched on the outside or inside AT ALL!! I had to leave to pick my daughter up from daycare so I didn’t have time to go in and complain/argue. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED! THIS IS A VERY DISHONEST, SLIMEY, SHADY DEALERSHIP. I would run the other way!! I wish I had read the reviews on here before dealing with them. More
No Accountability - they just want the Sale DON’T EVER BUY FROM THEM – here is my story: I Bought a car for my daughter mid November 2019 (Sales rep HUASCAR RODRIGUEZ) They waited 10 days to DON’T EVER BUY FROM THEM – here is my story: I Bought a car for my daughter mid November 2019 (Sales rep HUASCAR RODRIGUEZ) They waited 10 days to sign the papers to allow her to be on the agreement since she was turning 18. This is about the only good thing that they have done since. The transmission went out the same day we signed the agreement. It took them a month to fix it. Replaced transmission verified by Toyota. I took the car again January 6th 2020. Broke again as I drove it out of the dealership. A new transmission is installed (2nd one in 2 months since purchasing the vehicle – I’ve driven the vehicle less than 30 miles since purchased) on January 16th service department tells me that they will drive it 30 miles before getting it back to me to make sure that all is good. January 22nd I pick up the vehicle and surprise surprise Check engine light comes on, skipping gears, etc. Took it back in the next day. Everyone apologized. Service department say they would work on it. Salesrep washed his hands claiming that it was my fault because I bought a used vehicle. January 24th I get a text from service, they found the problem and fixed it, they will put 50 MILES on the car before returning it to make sure all is good. January 30th text from service. Car started to shift hard again and they would send to Toyota for a diagnose. Feb 3rd Text from service – Toyota is saying transmission is good. Feb 9th text from service. They are picking up the car from Toyota. Feb 10th Kar Malone is telling them that it went bad again and it needs another transmission (3rd in less than 3months.) If you read through this maybe you can advise me on what to do next. I’ve been keeping up with my pymnts but when I address this with the sales rep (and his boss apparently) they said that its not their problem and if I wanted to I can trade in the vehicle but I will loose all the money I’ve already paid in interest, fees, vehicle devaluation, etc. Wondering if someone at this dealership will stand up and do the right thing More
Please stay away from this Dealer, the sales guys are crooked and will screw you over big time! I purchased a used car from here and was completely shocked when the numbers we agreed on with the salesman crooked and will screw you over big time! I purchased a used car from here and was completely shocked when the numbers we agreed on with the salesman were not on the financing documents. They present them in a manipulative way to make you think you are getting a good deal, but in reality they are screwing you. I was under the impression that I was paying $7900 for a Car and ended up getting manipulated into signing a contract for over $10,000 because of the way they presented the numbers and paperwork at the time of sale. I am fully aware that there is nothing I can do legally at this point because the contract is signed, but at least I can help prevent them from screwing someone else out of their hard earned money. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER!!! More
This man's tactics are very dishonest they post a price of a vehicle online to which I'm willing to pay full asking price and then when I'm sitting down ready to sign they add and $1100 shop service fee. O of a vehicle online to which I'm willing to pay full asking price and then when I'm sitting down ready to sign they add and $1100 shop service fee. On top of that, I have a coupon for $300 off from the dealership that they're not willing to honor. The very next week, the vehicle is removed from the internet. It reappears next week but the price online has now increased to over $23000.... very mysterious antics going on here. Andrew claims he doesn't know what happened to the vehicle and that his manager won't let them sell the price at the original listing price. More

This dealership has a rude finance member by the name of Ben Gowens. He was rude and told me he won’t sell me the car because I didn’t want the extra VTR add to my cost adding 299.00 to my total price. he w Ben Gowens.
