Hey glad to share with everyone this was the worst experience I've ever had at a dealer. Used 4x4 van listed online was not even theirs to sell yet, they took a deposit without even having it their p experience I've ever had at a dealer. Used 4x4 van listed online was not even theirs to sell yet, they took a deposit without even having it their possession with a guaranty of the vehicle quality. when the vehicle finally arrive over 2 months later, mind you this was after the time frame that a deposit could be jerked thanks to the 60 days in the fair credit act. the vehicle was not at all in good condition and totally misrepresented. at this point I was told after flying in on the second booked flight do to schedule changes on their part that they had been holding this for me and the deposit could not be returned. If you want a great deal stop at Tim Dahle Nissan, its like a third world experience. Big Al and his Finance manager will hook you up! More
Absolute worst dealership I have dealt with. I purchased a car through them and they were suppose to send me copies of the bill of sale and extended warranty but never did. I called them more than 20 times a car through them and they were suppose to send me copies of the bill of sale and extended warranty but never did. I called them more than 20 times, sent dozens of emails, texted their online staff and they never sent me my copies. I was put on hold, hung up on and sent in circles from one department to the next. Would not buy a lawnmower from these xxxxxxxx More
We have bought 4 vehicles from Southtowne Nissan and this was the worst treatment we have ever had. They refused to live up to the agreement. They have lost us as customers. The only reason they got 1 star i was the worst treatment we have ever had. They refused to live up to the agreement. They have lost us as customers. The only reason they got 1 star is it wouldn't submit other wise More
We had a car we wanted to purchase and submitted a request for. We got a call first thing in the morning and I told Alex I wanted to put a deposit down on the car right away to reserve it. Alex said h request for. We got a call first thing in the morning and I told Alex I wanted to put a deposit down on the car right away to reserve it. Alex said he’d call me right back then didn’t. I called multiple times and was told by other folks that Alex would call me right back. Never did. Finally (10 hours later) got another sales person on the phone and went through the whole process only to finally be told the car had sold earlier in the afternoon. We’ve bought a car from here before, but won’t ever be doing business with them again. If Alex actually knew how to do his job, we’d have bought a car. More
We’ve just completed another terrific car buying experience at Tim Dahle and we could not be happier. From the moment we walked through the door to the moment we drove our 2017 Nissan Rogue off the experience at Tim Dahle and we could not be happier. From the moment we walked through the door to the moment we drove our 2017 Nissan Rogue off the lot the Tim Dahle team was nothing short of phenomenal. The car options at Tim Dahle Southtowne just can’t be beat. The showroom was clean, bright, and had a fun and welcoming vibe. It was clear every pandemic precaution was in place to ensure safety for all who entered which is no small task. We were impressed that the team created such positive (but not cheesy) energy in the showroom which made the whole experience fun and enjoyable which is not something you can say about all car dealerships. Our sales person, Billy Brown, walked us through a few different options and shared his vast knowledge about several models each time applying zero pressure and one hundred percent respect and care. Billy listened to our needs and continued to show us options until we found the perfect vehicle for our family. The finance team worked efficiently and thoughtfully to explain what options were available and again...nothing but respect and professionalism. The service crew addressed a few minor issues within the projected time and our new car is exactly what we had hoped for. Billy kept up updated, informed, engaged and is perhaps the nicest guy you will ever meet...give that man a bonus! The Tim Dahle Southtowne team were absolute professionals from start to finish and I can’t recommend them enough. This is the third Nissan we have purchased from Tim Dahle dealerships and each time we drive off the lot feeling grateful, cared for, educated and respected. We are not only forever Nissan fans we are Tim Dahle customers for life. More

Summary of my experience is at the bottom, read all of this for the full impression. I just bought a used 2012 Subaru Impreza from Tim Dahle Nissan as it was the car I had been looking for. As much as this for the full impression. I just bought a used 2012 Subaru Impreza from Tim Dahle Nissan as it was the car I had been looking for. As much as i had hoped for a better experience than all my previous with car dealerships, Tim Dahle left a terrible taste in my mouth and chalked another one up on the board for dealerships just trying to take advantage of people. These people will take as much money as they can from you and pretend they are doing you a favor while they do it. My experience started with Luke the salesman who did a mostly decent job helping me look at the car but wasn't much help in the process of actually purchasing the car. He did nothing wrong but it seemed like he lacked the training needed when i asked about the pricing and financing of the vehicle as it was back and forth with a mysterious team that came up with cost of the car and their services. Tim Dahle wants you to think that their "Worry Free" guarantee will bring you piece of mind when buying a used vehicle but when i asked why they wanted to charge me $1000 dollars on top of the sale price, NOT including dealer fees, they couldn't even give me a straight answer. Juan told me that the $1000 price was from the cost of the so called "detail" they did on the car, an oil change, new brake pads, and to top it off two sun visors. They told me price of labor was $130 dollars an hour so it either took 1 guy 9 hours or they needed and army of mechanics to get the shabby work done in one hour. I will give them credit for knocking that price down to $500 dollars but still exorbitant. Believe it or not I was somehow convinced in the blur of the sale to purchase one of their "protection" packages for another $650. this included a paint coating, undercarriage coating, and leather treatment. I dropped my car off at 8am in the morning and received a text at 12:30 pm that the car was ready to pick up. You would think after four and a half hours the car would have been completely and thoroughly passed over and treated correctly, not with Tim Dahle Nissan. At around $216 per "protection" and roughly four and a half hours of their precious $130 an hour labor they were unable to even get the dog hair off of my leather seats. I don't know about most people but if I pay more than 200 dollars for a service I expect the full job to be done and not to be blatantly lied to about it either. After seeing that the dried coffee from the previous owners was still on the seat and the back seats hadn't even had the dog hair wiped off of them I can only assume the "leather protection" package consists of opening the doors and spraying a single squirt of water in the car. Tyler from their service department assured me the job had been done when i went back to ask exactly how they treated the leather but when he took the car back to have them "look at it" he said that they had done everything they could. They are either liars or sham artists is all I can decide. TL;DR - The bottom line is I was pretty upset about the service I received and honestly feel that this review reflects my experience. Tim Dahle Nissan Southtowne will do everything they can to take as much money from you as possible while giving you the least amount of service they can. They will lie to your face or offer you services that are a waste of money. Spend your hard earned money somewhere else. Austyn from finances and Luke the salesman were great other than all the bouncing around we had to do. More

We took our 2017 Nissan Rouge in for repairs because the driver side set would not adjust. The analysis showed that the seat track was broken and would cost for repairs. Our car was out of warranty by a m driver side set would not adjust. The analysis showed that the seat track was broken and would cost for repairs. Our car was out of warranty by a month and just over 200 miles over mileage. Needless to say we were sick about it. In talking to Jon Stinson, our service adviser, he suggested that we call Nissan and present our situation to them and see if they could extend the warranty and help us out. We talked with Sarah at Nissan National, she reviewed our case and they agreed to help us with repairs. We appreciate Jon for going out of his way to help us and appreciate the service crew at Southtowne. More
I wouldn't even give this company a star!! But you must I wouldn't even give this company a star!! But you must in order to write a review! This place is the most corrupt and foulest company I have ever co I wouldn't even give this company a star!! But you must in order to write a review! This place is the most corrupt and foulest company I have ever come in contact with! And I am not one to write many reviews! But I must WARN you! I purchased a vehicle almost 2 weeks ago, and I have YET to leave with my car. They told me my car would be ready the next day of purchase because they were cleaning it. I put a deposit down, and the next day I came back to sign the contract. After signing the sales guy BEN came in the office to tell us the car wasn't ready and it would be ready within 3-4 days. Some xxxxxxxx story they gave me that they were super busy. 4th day came & finally a text after NUMEROUS messages left from my husband & I we wanted of any updates. All they do is give you the run around and tell you they will call you back or that you have to talk the specific sales man that helped you. 4th day came & a pathetic text (NOT A CALL!) that there was something wrong with the vehicle & they were working on fixing it. THAT'S IT! NO other information. My husband & I immediately went to the office & demanded more information. Told us it was the air flow & that it would be fixed by...AGAIN 3-4 days. We'll give you an extra tank of gas they said.. "for your troubles" AGAIN 3-4 days passes by..mind you we get a text this past Friday that they have started working on the vehicle. Monday comes, we call in to get an update, and not until later in the evening we get the call that the vehicle won't be done for another week!!!! At this point I'm sure this car is a lemon with more problems than they expected or believe us to think. DO NOT WASTER YOUR TIME!! I PROMISE YOU, YOU WILL REGRET IT!! I will be filing complaints to the ATTORNEY GENERAL, FTC AND CFPB! ALONG WITH A CALL TO MY LAYER!! KNOW YOUR RIGHTS PEOPLE! DO NOT I mean DO NOT waste your time! These bad reviews that I ignored for the good will come back to bite you in the xxx!! More
