Worst customer service. I drive from Tooele to check out the BMW. It's there but I am told it is sold. Then I get automated texts asking me if I am still interested, I respond but get same automated respons the BMW. It's there but I am told it is sold. Salesman refused honor the price listed on their KSL add. Instead he claimed that there was a non-optional over $1000 "inspection fee" to be tacked on the advertised price. I pressed him fee and he claimed the inspection was required by in-house financing, the listed price was only for internet or cash buyers, to attract out of state sales. I told them that I wasn't going to finance through them making me a cash buyer and he claimed that the add stated that buyers must finance in house(the add doesn't say that I have the screen shots). I then asked him to explain how I could buy the car at the internet price, he was unable to answer that question and abruptly ended the call. They are clearly advertising a product at a price that they have no intention of selling at the advertised price. There is some shady behavior going on at this dealership buyers beware. More
I was very pleased with Jake and his willingness to help in the search of the vehicle. He was great at keeping me updated while we waited for its arrival. Went in was shown two cars that met our criteria. The price was fair $18,500 I really liked the one and so far only 20 minutes in. Good start I thought. Then... after being stuck there for 5-6hours mostl price was fair $18,500 I really liked the one and so far only 20 minutes in. Good start I thought. Then... after being stuck there for 5-6hours mostly staring at the floor and comforting my hungry children you are ready to sign anything, they count on this. The price was $18,500 I offered $3,000 down (don’t do that here) they absorbed that into a fee that conveniently was exactly $3,000 (service agreement that they said was included and I didn’t ask for or want but once they said it was included I said what the heck. In the end with all the fees and added cost the price was $26,000!!! An $8,000 mark up which because you are just clicking buttons (esignitures) and they are clicking through the pages I didn’t even realize how much was being added to the cost. To late now as there is no return policy and I haven’t even brought the car home yet as it needed some maintenance. I understand they have fees and some of that was taxes. They have to get paid but $8000? Off a $18500 car? That’s a 43% increase over the cost of the car And I just signed like an idiot wanting to get my kids fed and after being held there in finance for 5hrs. I’m beyond pissed and am headed to the BBB It is sad as we are currently in a lease from there and thought perhaps customer loyalty meant something. DON’T BUY HERE More
Wow this place has gone down hill since the last time I purchased a car from them. I was ready to buy a used car that has been sitting in their lot for over 90 days TODAY 03/18/21 until the so called "sale purchased a car from them. I was ready to buy a used car that has been sitting in their lot for over 90 days TODAY 03/18/21 until the so called "sales manager" lied to my face saying the car I test drove five minutes before speaking to him had just sold. He really thought I bought into that BS lie, when there was no other customers at the dealership looking at cars. If you read other reviews you see he uses the same “strategy” when he realizes he's not speaking to someone that will get ripped off and be manipulated easily. They don’t care if you were or are a current customer (I have been taking my Nissan to their service department for years now and have bought 2 other cars from them - but not anymore as they now have lost me as a customer). I felt bad for the young salesman who helped me with the test driving as he lost the sale due to his boss’ laziness and arrogance. Too bad this is how they do business now. I am staying away from this dealership and I’m taking my business somewhere else. More

I would give it a zero if I could. I wasted all day today trying to purchase a Nissan Frontier. I e-mailed, I called multiple times, was told the vehicle was available. I left messages, I received no return trying to purchase a Nissan Frontier. I e-mailed, I called multiple times, was told the vehicle was available. I left messages, I received no return calls. Finally I reach the sales person and he takes the offer to his sales manager and we’re moving forward. Ten minutes later he calls and says the vehicle just sold. So for six hours it was available and in the last ten minutes it sold? Save your time. A day later my son in law called and was told the truck was on the lot and he could come by for a test drive. I call this fraud. More

BUT..dont beleive in the"100+ point inspection at all!!!found out from my Mechanic..brakes were all bad and had been rigged to seem good.Rear differential was leaking and shocks were trashed on the rear of the car...these ALL cost me another $1200 plus later!!!they begrudgingly put a decent pair of truck tires on it but would not fix anything else!NOT RECCOMMENDED! More
