This appl Takes the joy out of acquiring a new vehicle. ▪️ Be aware that the price they post on the cars and on the Internet is NOT the real price. This applies ONLY if you go with the bank or credit union which they want. (They added around $2,000 more bucks onto the price because we had the loan already set up with our own bank. We had told them about our loan from the start. I guess this explains why they repeatedly tried to pressure us into going with THEIR preferred bank?) ▪️ You may think that things are pretty set when you go to sign the deal. And then they will tack on several thousand dollars in various things which they may not have discussed with you at all! (For us this was about $6,000) ▪️ We objected to some things and had them remove about $4,000 from those last minute additions. After which they became sullen and dragged the process out much longer than it needed to be. ▪️It took about another week longer than expected. Where they were formerly willing to let us drive the car off the lot that day, now they wouldn't let us have the vehicle until our bank paid them in full. (This is a nationally recognized bank. They were just making things extra difficult at that point.) ▪️ Came to finally do the pickup. No one knew what I was talking about for awhile. The salesperson who said he'd be there wasn't. ▪️ Found some new issues with the vehicle on pickup. It will have to be serviced. So much for the thoroughness of their multi-point inspection process. We bought a 2008 Dodge Grand Caravan that the claims to be driving good with no issues . 10 minutes drove this car off the lot the car made very bad noises , we took it right to a mechanic said we got ripped off and the var needs thousand of dollars of fix to be able to drive. We went back tried to work with the dealership on a returning the car since it has all this issues or replace it to something drivable. I told the guy that we are willing to do whatever but we not gonna pay fees again since it’s been one day and they are not willing to do the right thing for us and help. He Hangup on me told my friend that nothing he can do and walked off . He said he don’t mind to deal with lawyers and they are dealing with them all the time. Be carful with this people I’m going to report them to the bbb , and the attorney general as well have a YouTube video describing exactly how their scam system works . It wouldn’t let me finish my review on google so I’ll finish it here If I could give a negative 5 star review I would. Travis put my 14 month old, husband, and my life at risk. I also happen to be 6 m finish it here If I could give a negative 5 star review I would. Travis put my 14 month old, husband, and my life at risk. I also happen to be 6 months pregnant and he put my unborn child’s life at risk. DO NOT TAKE YOUR NISSAN HERE TO BE SERVICED. I called Wednesday the 25th of August to see if I had any free oil changes left from a Black Friday package I bought. If I didn’t I was going to ask the lady how much it would cost. She said I did have my fourth oil change left and made me and an appointment for the 26th at 8:30am. I pull up to service and no one comes up to my car, so I walk to Travis’s desk. I tell him I have an appointment and I’m checking in. He tells me to go wait by my car and a service advisor would come help me. I was a little frustrated because I had to get back to work but no biggie. Not even minute later Travis walks up to help me he said he was sending an email but was free to help me now. I tell him the gal on the phone said I had my fourth oil change left and to make sure I told him to do the tire rotation because she forgot to note it. I then start telling him this summer my car has had an issue after driving for about an hour I’d stop at a stop light and I’d hit the gas and my car would take 30 seconds to start accelerating. I asked him to make sure they looked at that to see if they could find an issue. As I’m in the middle of telling him this a guy customer drives up in a black Nissan Altima and he immediately stops listening to me to talk to the next customer. Regardless he acted like he heard me and got me an Uber home. When I get home he sends me a text I do not have a free oil change left so it would be 100 for an oil change and tire rotation or it would be $173 for 3 oil changes including the tire rotation. I let him know the only reason I came in was for the free oil change so to let me know if I needed to come get my car. I told him big o gives me free tire rotations and the oil change there is only $47. He finally texts back after 20 minutes and ask me who I spoke to. I didn’t remember her name so I screen shoted my call from 8/25 at 9:36am to tell him the time I called. 40 more minutes go by and I still haven’t heard from Travis so I ask him for an update. He said sorry it took me awhile to find the call, but he found it and there was no discussion of a free oil change but he would match big o’s price for $47 for just the oil change BUT NO tire rotation. I let him know that’s xx and I’d love to listen to the recording of the call with him as my husband was with me when I made the call and that’s the only thing we discussed on that conversation. xxxx they can post the call here and it will prove that’s all we discussed, I have nothing to hide. He deflects and says well I can’t give you a free oil change it will come out of my paycheck. That’s not what I even cared about. I got mad because he called me a liar and didn’t really listen to the call. Had he said “I listened to the call and your right she did say that, however she made a mistake and you do not have an oil change left. Since she made the mistake I will price match big o and do the oil change and tire rotation for the $47.” If he would Have said that I would have never gotten upset it’s the fact he lied about listening to the call and called me a liar. I called to talk to Tim the manager to tell him why I was upset and he said he understood why I was mad and he would make sure they did the oil change and tire rotation for the $47. By 1pm I had not heard anything about my car if they found issues or what time it would be ready. And I dropped it off at 8:30am. So I call in and had to hold for 40 minutes because shocker Travis wouldn’t take my call and neither would Tim. Finally after 40 minutes they tell me my car is ready. When I went to pick it up. They had me go straight to the cashier without talking to a service advisor. I ask the cashier if they found out what was causing my acceleration issues she said she didn’t know so she walked me to the service guys. The service guy said well nothings noted so it must be good I mentioned there was nothing noted so it must be good. I said they usually give me a paper when they rotate my tires. He said he go ask Travis but shocker Travis was “no longer there for the day”. I was annoyed and didn’t trust they actually did anything with my car. I got home and checked my dip stick and they did change my oil. However I know for a fact they didn’t try diagnosing the issue of accelerating. Half way on our drive to California my car started struggling going above 45 going uphill. Luckily we didn’t push my car to hard and drove with the hazards anytime going uphill from Vegas to California. We got there safely I don’t know how but Thank God we did. I get a text Tuesday from Nissan saying that they noticed some things with my Nissan Rogue that may need attention to so to call in. So I did because I knew something was wrong. I talk to the tech Jordan he said nothing was noted and my transmission fluid was changed at 63,000 miles so to take it into Nissan out in California to have them look at my radiator. My car Gage never showed it was overheating but I said okay. I took my car to Nissan if Torrence who was extremely busy but knew we had to leave Saturday so they got us in and diagnosed my car. Travis sent me and my family from Utah to California on a failing transmission! Such negligence from Nissan of Southtown. Oh and my battery was very low and needed to be replaced. My transmission failed at only 79,000 miles. I would not buy another Nissan after this ordeal. Nissan of Torrence replaced my transmission and battery. They also sent me lots of communication unlike Nissan of Southtown. What a waste of $47 when Nissan of Southtown did not do there job and were negligent. I also got a report from Nissan for Torrence that Nissan of Southtown also didn’t rotate my tires like they said they would. Here is the picture to prove it. So freaking bad! DO NOT GO HERE! More

Had a horrible experience with Tim Dalhe Southtowne. This is not the first time we've had a bad experience with them, but this is the worst. We went and test drive a car, liked it very much. However, it is not the first time we've had a bad experience with them, but this is the worst. We went and test drive a car, liked it very much. However, it was 10 pm and we wanted to come back in the light to look at it again. (Bad experience with buying car in dark) Placed a deposit on the car, signed a contract that it would be held till 9pm the next night. Get a call that they sold the car out from under us. I'm guessing that someone was willing to pay more or didn't want to pay half of the new tires, like they asked us to do. (Tires were dangerously bald) We had asked for the car to be buffed as well. (Major swirls in paint from automatic car wash) We felt these to be basic and minor things. Many used cars come with new tires as part of the sale, especially when bald and unsafe to drive. Not only did they sell the car, they don't honor the internet price. We were told the price by the sales man and when we went in to discuss the sale they raised the price. Told us that we had to pay for the warranty that's for life of the car. And that the car had been put through a intense inspection that we also had to pay for. Another reason for wanting to think about the car. The ad online said they give you a 3 year bump on your trade in, they barely were giving us trade in value on my car. When asked about it they said that with German cars, it costs a lot to go through them to inspect. Hence, they couldn't give me much for my car. We said that you then place that cost on the customer that buys the car. Because this is what we had been told. Manager backtracked and said that's not what they do. When we said we wanted to leave, they kept stalling and wouldn't give us our key back to our car. The manager was so pushy with us. Like many car salesmen, they want and will say anything to get you to buy the car. I also understand it's the end of the month and they want the sale. But pushy people, not only turn me off, but place me on the defensive. I started to get very frustrated with his attitude and not allowing us to leave like we wanted. We both work early and I had two jobs I was working the next day and needed to get home to sleep. He was very inconsiderate of my desire to leave. The salesman and his trainer, both sat across the table and said nothing. It was an uncomfortable situation. I wanted to share how shady I believe this company to be. Like I say, this is not our first experience with them, but will be our last! More
DO NOT GO HERE!!!Would have purchased a car from here, DO NOT GO HERE!!! Would have purchased a car from here, but they sold it after we put a deposit down and signed a contract for them to hold it. We li DO NOT GO HERE!!! Would have purchased a car from here, but they sold it after we put a deposit down and signed a contract for them to hold it. We liked the car but really wanted to sleep on it and see it in daylight. The sales manager came out to try to force us to sign that night, we did not like this and again said we needed to sleep on it. We were able to arrange a deposit and they promised us a 24 hour hold on the vehicle. After much research and debate we decided that it would be a good fit for us and had planned to return after work to finalize the deal. They called around 4pm and said they sold the car at 9am. They can't even hold to a 24 hour contract, good luck on that "forever warranty" (Which is not included in advertised pricing). If you do decide you must go there DO NOT give them you keys to "appraise" your car they will stuff them in the managers room and not let you have them back. More
I knew what I wanted when I went in, told them I was either leaving with it or nothing and they did not try to force something I did not want on me. Was pretty much in and out within 2 hours. Ya it is a either leaving with it or nothing and they did not try to force something I did not want on me. Was pretty much in and out within 2 hours. Ya it is at the end of the day a car dealership, but for what they could have attempted to do vs what they did they did well. More
